It appears my other review was removed due having improper context. I would like to express my experience with this company. They provided an estimate for a full horizontal repipe to my house in the crawl space. My house is approx. 1400 square feet, lots of room to work in the crawl space and no complex plumbing work. Only one bathroom and one kitchen.

They performed the repipe and I had requested for them to replace the plumbing in my bathroom that was being remodeled. Paid extra for this bare in mind. Bathroom was finished, and I found out they used gas piping materials for water lines. This was noticed by the city inspector and was a complete disaster to deal with since the walls were already closed!!! The company refused to come out and fix the problem. On top of that, I had inspection on the repipe, and the inspector stated the repipe was done only 50%. Again, the company is denying it and do not want to come out and fix it. I have submitted my issues to BBB and moving forward with cslb legal action. This is not a trust worthy company. Please avoid at all costs. They seem presentable in the beginning and act like they know what they're talking about, but they don't execute the jobs accordingly.

I would also like to add the mess they left behind, absolute nightmare! Debris and excess materials all over the place. I spent 3 days cleaning up after I asked them to, and they said they didn't leave anything behind.

Avoid and take your plumbing business else where!

We had several issues going wrong at once! Our upstairs toilet started leaking, we were down to 1 faucet in a 2 faucet bathroom and our garbage disposal decided to join the party!!! We called Payless 4 Plumbing and they showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and gave us a great price! I definitely recommend their work and will keep their number handy for future plumbing repairs.

We have felt like we were taken advantage I belive the first charge should've solved the problem so we called complained to Alex and then sent the same guy out again for another fee so unclogging toilet then after he left the next day our other bathroom tub had stoppage so we texted alex and he said a bad drain but we feel they didn't clear the line fully so now we feel they want to charge a 3rd time I would not recommend they should've got right the 1st time ,feeling cheated not happy at all

He immediately assessed the information and scheduled an appointment to my home the very next day. Alex was informative as to what needed to happen and was in contact with me until his plumber by the name of Tito came to fix the issue. Tito ensured that all issues were addressed and fixed it. Made an appoitment on Friday for Saturday and they were really flexible and changed my appoitment to sunday with no problem. I recomment Ricardo he came in did his job and quoted me at a reasonable price. Knew exactly what he was doing.

We made arrangements for these guys to come and fix our shower. We negotiated a price. I stopped looking for someone else. I expected them today and then they called to say that if I was not willing to pay a higher price, they would not come out until Monday.
Can you say ""Bait and Switch""? I would not recommended these folks at all.

I've had two great experiences with this company! Not one to write reviews but they fixed both my kitchen sink and the laundry drain that were clogged up so quickly and they've been working perfectly for months now. With my old plumbing company I still kept having issues that I decided to just switch and call up another plumbing service instead. The plumbers were great and thorough both times they came out for these separate issues, couldn't be happier to wash my dishes and do laundry in peace again

Iv always had bad experiences with plumbers charging me high prices taking forever to do the work or leaving with out having it finished. But I will say I called this company at Random and I'm so happy that I did. I finally have hot water that lasts! And no leaks!!!! Thanks guys for repiping our house and treating us right!
