I begin this review by saying my house was not an easy project! The pipes were from the 1940s and had totally corroded. One of my bathrooms had been hooked up to the original septic tank. Needless to say Philip & Josh were up for the challenge and did an excellent job getting everything fixed and running again! They were professional and really nice guys. I am very pleased with the work that they have done.

I've been using this company for years now and always A1 service. They saved my house not once but twice from flooding which would've cost me thousands of dollars . They were very quick to assist, I had broken pipes ( I lived next to railroad tracks which shook the house ) now they just did some work in my new home . Fast , clean and punctual thank you Alex and your crew !

AMAZING! This is the 2nd time I have used this company. The first time it was for a clogged kitchen sink, this call was for a toilet that was leaking at the shutoff valve. Albert came out within an hour and was able to fix the problem. He was professional, upfront and did clean work.
On both occasions, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I'm sure you already know, I really appreciate you guys, every time I need you you're there for me, and I mean in crisis! I've been having some issues with my elevator and basement sump pumps for a little moment and finally I see the light, Mathias is a super hero flat out, everyone needs a Mathias! And you do know that!... Raffa is a pipe laying wiz (no homo)prior to my elevator antics, my water main erupted from having antique plumbing, raffa walked the job figured out all the cuts and turns from the basement to the 3rd floor where the eruption took place 2 days later I had a work of art! I was asking this guy supervisor Jeff to shine my copper to a show shine finish and he declined, so I won't mention him much these guys really kick ass! I told the supervisor not to come here if he don't have MATHIAS and or RAFFA,.. NOTE TO PUBLIC!!request the names mentioned for awesome results,if there not available, tell them you'll wait........P.s to management you need to see about getting some clones made of those 2 said individuals. Everybody loves Jeff BTW thank you for keeping this building afloat.

DONT CALL THIS PLACE! I called cause I needed help to see for a water heater leak cause of a hot leak spot on my floor so just wanted to see if this company can come and detect the heat with there leak heat sensor, Well the guy came over in the morning and literally was so pointless coming over cause the guy didnt even have the equipment to detect the water leak!!! He told me ""Oh i would have to go rent the machine and then come back"" Uhhhhh what kind of company does that?I ready told you the problem on the phone so if you guys are coming over you guys should already have your equipment in your guys truck for the problem!!!!!!!

We just had Ricardo from Payless 4 Plumbing out to our house. Our toilet and bathtub became clogged unexpectedly and it happened on a Sunday afternoon. Well he showed up fast and provided excellent service. He was able to figure out what the problem and get our bathroom up and running. Supervisor Jeff came out to repair the drain clog happening from my kitchen drain and washer. Jeff was so professional, yet kind and personable. More importantly, Jeff was knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing it. Also, while he was snaking the drain outside, he notice the pipe from the water heater was not hooked on to the water heater vent. Because the pipe is so hot it was burning the wood under my roof. He immediately informed me and fixed it. He also sealed it with aluminum tape to prevent it from happening again. He literally saved our lives and from the house burning down. The wood was already burnt. So grateful for going above and beyond the call of duty!
