Found Payless 4 pluming here on Yelp, Alex and Matias came pretty quick, I'd say In less then an hour, quoted me a fair price, I needed a water heater repair, 2 toilets and I had a leak in my main line. I'd have to say the work was all done in one day, fast and professional. Im very happy, everything works like new. These guys are my go to plumbers from now on :)

My hot water heater stopped working and my handyman recommended Payless 4 Plumbing. Technician Ricardo, from the Whittier office came out. He was amazing! Besides putting me at ease with his awesome personality. He walked me through everything that I needed to repair the water heater. He came Monday morning to start and finish the job. I now have hot water again! Ricardo also showed me where and how to shut off my main water valve if there's ever an emergency! He was awesome!

Christmas Eve morning (Friday) I walk into my kitchen only to notice the drain cover on my patio was not on the drain, but rather 6 or so inches away. I go out to find the drain is completely clogged and muddy water backing up onto my patio. It had rained buckets the night before and was still raining at 7am as I stood out there thinking 'wonderful, who is going to come out on Christmas Eve?!' Unfortunately, the concrete on my patio slopes towards the slider and kitchen door and with a clogged drain I was soon going to be in big trouble. I can't even tell you how many plumbers I called only to have no one answer and the one that did said they could come out next Wednesday. I need someone today, not Wednesday! I continued calling around and was SO LUCKY when a very nice girl at Payless 4 Plumbing answered the phone and after hearing what was going on she said she would call her supervisor and call me right back. OMG I was so relieved. Just a few minutes later, Alex, owner of Payless 4 Plumbing, called me. He had me take a short video of the drain situation and send it to him. He again called me right back, gave me pricing on unclogging the drain and immediately sent two of his guys out and said they would be here in about an hour. Fast forward one hour and Jeff and Matt were at my front door. Remember, it's Christmas Eve!!! And they were here in a freaking hour! Aaaamazing!! They got right to work, snaked the drain and then used the jetter several times but to no avail. I live in an older townhome and as it turns out, the whole drainage system in my complex is, well, complex. My drain and my neighbor's drain, 4 units down from me, are connected and both of our drains empty out in front of their unit. I had no idea until Jeff and Matt figured that out and explained it to me. Unfortunately for my neighbor, they had a lot of mud backed up all over their yard and it had come into their home earlier that morning. Jeff and Matt took the jetter to where the drains empty in front of my neighbor's unit and I kid you not, they had roots and mud flying out of those pipes. I've never seen anything like it. Jeff explained to us that the roots from the 3 trees above the drain pipes had penetrated the pipes, hence all the mud and roots. They had both of the pipes completely cleared and with more rain on the way, I was so happy. These guys were here for 5 hours and would not give up, even when they were out there in the rain. A few days later it rained hard but the water drained and nothing backed up onto our patios. Whew. The pipes need to be dug up and replaced which is now my HOA's problem. I am SO thankful to Alex, Jeff and Matt for being my Christmas miracles that day. Oh, and what they charged me for 5 hours work on a holiday...unbelievable. (unbelievable in a GOOD way!) Seriously , if you need any plumbing done PLEASE call these guys, they are professional, very knowledgeable, and will fix your problem with a more than fair price.

Called on Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday 10am - 12 pm. On Friday at approximately 10 am, I received a call from Payless 4 Plumbing inquiring if I want to make an appt for Monday??!! I made the appt for TODAY since I was off...I would not recommend this company nor call them for any future plumbing issues!!

I had a giant issue with my toilet and sink. Called this company through a referral from a friend's neighbor. Dhillon was so responsive to my questions and very professional. He explained to me what was my issues were with my bathroom and was very kind! Definitely recommend this plumber and company!

I called Alex at 7 PM on a Friday night because my water heater was broken. He got me on the schedule for first thing in the morning to have one of the guys come out to help us. With two little kids and needing to give them baths I really appreciated his quick and friendly service and responsiveness!

Trying to install my water heater by myself was a mistake. Calling Payless 4 Plumbing was not, the technician Jeff was extremely friendly and did amazing work. Jeff made plumbing more than a service he made it a experience and it was a great one. The work was perfect and clean. If I ever need plumbing services again Payless 4 plumbing is who I am calling first.
