We had a main sewer line clog in our home that backed up both our toilets and showers on a Sunday. We called several ""24/7"" plumbers but got no response. That's when we came across Payless 4 plumbing they sent someone over within the hour. Hanz came to our home to help us with the repair. He was respectful and professional every step of the way. We're new home owners of an older home (1970) and having someone that explains everything every step of the way and makes sure you're comfortable with the work being done in your home is invaluable. The job wasn't an easy one as our clean out pipe was under concrete and flagstone pavers. Hanz was able to cut through the concrete and not damage the flagstone and even helped us restore it back to so that our front porch would match. Now we have easy access to our main sewer line and it's not an eye sore. If you want real professional work at reasonable prices call Payless 4 plumbing and ask for Hanz and his team they'll do an awesome job.

I called to schedule a dryer gas flex hose hooked up the lady could not quote a price over the ph for a simple 10 minute job I told her I have all the parts. She said opening sat 10 to 12 and plumber would call about 30 minutes before arriving. No call at 1140 I called I assume talked to dispatcher I had to explain to her what I didn't done and give her all my I fo again. A plumber called me about 20 minutes later said the plumber is in san bernadino finishing up a job...I live in banning guess he would arrive around 3...guess they do not value people's time...he told me be atleast 100$...I Jung hanged up the ph...

I called Payless 4 Plumbing's office and and they showed up within 2 hrs. Dillan and Mike and showed up wearing their face masks.
They have great costumer service and the techs are very respectful. They fixed the our clogged sink and cleaned the drainage pipe very fast. their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Dillon & team went above and beyond what I hired them to do. They replaced my kitchen pipes and everything works great. They also did some other work and didn't charge for it. They arrived on time and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs!

I've had more plumbers out here three from the same company and finally we got someone out here there was thorough and efficient and he is still working on it it looks like it's going to work this time and this is all been with in two weeks time. his name is Hanz Castillo it looks as though it's going to work this time and he also informed me theirs a guarantee it will work minimum one year the other ones didn't tell me anything about a guarantee hopefully we won't need to use it looks like it's going to work. he replaced a lot of the pipe thank you Payless. Next time I will ask for him by name

Honestly, I do not understand people and how they rate things. It seems as if a different company is being reviewed. I called this morning at 7am and someone was here a bit after 10am. Not only were they punctual and professional and kind, they found that nothing was actually wrong and did not even charge me for the visit. What appeared to be wrong yesterday seemed to have disappeared since then, so I felt like a real ass once they got here, but they got here and were absolutely lovely. I would and will call them in a NY minute the next time I need a plumber. I particularly like to give my business to family-owned businesses, which is what this one is. In fact, the owner's son was the one who came to my house. As for the poor reviews here, I smell something fishy, I really do.

Had a badly clogged shower drain Pride Plumbing took a shot at, failed, and wanted to charge us $410; more if they needed to use a camera or the 'jet' method.

Juan Alberto took care of it in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And only $150.
