I'm disappointed in the service. I had a leak and the technician came out cut a small patch of Wall and didn't find the leak and said it was an underground leak. They charged me $180ish and walked away with no solution but to tell me to call leak detection services. Another plumber and was able to locate the leak and fix the issue within a few hours. Disappointed I paid Paw Plumbing for nothing. Not as skilled as I hoped. 2 stars for being responsive and getting to the place on time.

Very happy with the service we received today from Jacob and Angus. They cleaned out two drains and replaced a valve. We will definitely use Paws plumbing again.

I am thankful for Paw Plumbing. Jacob went above and beyond and fixed our mystery leak yesterday. I had 3 different plumbers came out before him, and no one could find out why it was leaking since all the pipe were dry. Jacob interviewed my tenants and found out it was because user error, not due to a pipe leak. I only paid $75 and it's fixed!! Paid much more for the other plumbers just to show up! Thank you Jacob and we will definitely continue to use them and will recommend them to friends.

Where do we begin?
January 2023 the quote was finally sent days after an hour of debating the best way to run water lines from adjacent bathroom through ceiling/walls etc- technician nick seemed easily ""confused"" right off the rip. I then took one 5 minute lap around the entire suite which had not been done yet by the plumber of course, and found a fresh water line and a DRAIN from an old bathroom that had been converted.
Yay me right ?
Right there I should have known I had more wherewithal than the fools I was about to hire. We agreed upon a price of 2,000, which I thought was VERY HIGH since the drain and the fresh water lines were already THERE per my lap around the room. it's highway robbery but; it was ONE half a days work and 6 hours of labor... I PAID in full.
Cut to march 13th? - I'm FURIOUS because :
The pipes, connector pieces, hoses and drain lines are still leaking, paws has been in and around me, clients, the salon and the taco shop below well OVER a DOZEN times in ONE MONTH always showing up like the hero's they're certainly NOT. They are unskilled and it's laughable because of all the helpless crying I've done over WATER. I literally laugh and roll my eyes out of PURE frustration when I see their trucks- - I want to see nicks plumbing license for my records. This is lawsuit city ? How DUMB can these guys be ? I've asked myself for weeks now ...
Their front desk girl Hailey apologized for the massive black plumbing glue STAINS all over my bran new white floors as if she ever owned her own flooring that was destroyed, but has yet to have them cleaned or compensated me even though and despite the fact that I sent a receipt for 600$ from Stanley steamer.
Not one time in the OVER 13 emergency visits did they drop a CLOTH to protect my floors. Just plain and simple disrespect for females - they would never do that in a man's house. Get F'd.
They've costed me thousands of dollars by not having water, not having hot water, having water pour out onto my floors, bursting through the ceiling into the restaurant below, then no water in general again? and again, and again and again. Every day. Every other day? Every single day ? Not to mention the TOwels, laundry and cleaning supplies it takes to remedy their mistakes. They won't do the work to FIX it. They are putting bandaids up daily and pissing me right off- They don't do simple things like tighten and fasten things all the way and/or glue them properly so water keeps busting all over -we are dealing with highly incompetent technicians. I'm worse than mad. They've taken food and clothes at this point off mine and my families damn backs.
They have absolutely no remorse. The Only remorse the owner had ? was yo complain to ME that his employee nick took another 500 cash from me but reminded me it was ""out of his pockets "" to hook up my fresh water line for the washing machine for towels (which also leaked everywhere ) This company Lacks skill, integrity and if you're a female ? or a female owned business ? They expect you to clean every mess, every cut pipe, every piece of metal and plastic ? A lot of mini shrapnel everywhere, every single time these clowns left. I spent more than 6 hours of labor cleaning up after paws plumbing -i paid them 2500 in full and my water/water lines etc is/are still leaking months later and my floors are still trashed and not one apology except from the desk girl ? or refund offered.
I've now, just this past week of march 6-13th? It's gotten to the point that I have had to have the head of maintenance of the building I rent from , the property managers, the owners, now overseeing every ignoramus move paws plumbing makes, because it's been such a hellacious experience and I literally cannot afford to loose anymore time or money because of paws plumbing.
They have royally F'd me. I told their head tech Michael that we need a real plumber and he replied "" I know a guy hahhahaha ""

It's not funny. I'm not laughing. At all.

I am going to the small claims and the BBB because I've given them weeks and now MONTHs to make it right and they just don't care. I'm STILL leaking as of march 10th - I'm a hairstylist not an idiot. This was my 5th salon build out... never in my life have I had plumbers be so embarrassing and incompetent to the craft my GOD! Pray for paws plumbing and pray for The Hair Lounge of La Jolla.

Please Do not give them your money.
They will take it and run and leave you to clean up the mess. Literally- they take your money and leave you with a massive mess because you've already paid the bill.

Dishonest and damaged other fixtures when they came in. Initially lied about it, until it was quite obvious it was from the result of their work. Proceeded to lie about ordering new fixtures to replace the damaged ones for approximately 7 months where they were non responsive and come to find they never placed the fixtures on order at all.

Excellent service, and came out in less than a day. They helped us with a MAJOR clog in our master bathroom shower, and we were back to normal in no time. Thank you!

My garbage disposal broke right before thanksgiving ... they came right out and fixed it for a very reasonable price! Saved me! Recommend very highly!

We have 2 shower heads that we're broken and I called Paws Plumbing out. They were quick to respond and scheduled us asap which should of been a flag.

To make a long story short, they damaged the tub, and left a mess in both bathrooms. I called multiple times until I got someone to call me back regarding these issues.

According to them they did not scratch the tube up and they were ""sorry"" for the mess. Asked if I needed anything else. The End.
