I reached out to Paws Plumbing San Diego for a troubled sink and Eric came by first thing the next morning!!! The KINDEST & QUICKEST professional I have had work in my home. He diagnosed the issue, communicated to me what needed to be done and went to work! Eric came in with a mask and was extremely respectful of the space he was working in. An absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend Eric & Paws Plumbing!!

We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.

We had a water heater problem. So the landlord contacted Paws plumbing. They sent Eric. He was great, he arrived on time, and was very professional. He explained everything and tried fixing the water heater by replacing the thermostat. It turned out it was the water heater itself as it was old and was inconsistent when it comes to heating up water. But guess what, he swapped out the entire water heater by himself. And it's working great since. Thanks!

Our master bath shower faucet would not turn off on Wednesday morning and we frantically started calling around for repairs within the North County area. After contacting Paws Plumbing through Yelp, Dispatcher Will promptly responded back and was able to schedule a time to send over someone to do a consultation. After having the water turned off to our house for 24 hours we were happy to welcome Technician Eric for our consultation Thursday morning.
Eric was pleasant and professional when he arrived with a mask and shoe coverings at our front door. Although we had tried to purchase new hardware for our shower and sink faucet replacements he kindly informed us that it would not match what was needed for the repair. He was able to provide both a consultation and start the repair work the same day!
As our shower was the first priority that was completed on Thursday and we worked with Will to schedule another appointment for Monday for our troublesome sink faucets. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Paws plumbing is highly recommended!

Eric & Robert with Paw Plumbing have been simply amazing! What seemed to be a disaster slub leak, turned into a best case scenario. It ended up being an old, non-utilized pipe that wasn't connected to anything. Prior to that Eric went above and beyond to locate and fix it. I LOVE Paws Plumbing! I'm a Realtor and needed a reliable second plumber for my clients who can perform certain tasks that my regular plumber doesn't do (ex. Drain Scoping). I now refer Paws to all of my clients. This review is over due by a few weeks.

Eric Myatt & Mike are AWESOME! (Not sure of Mike's last name - about same age as Eric.) They came to a property my clients were buying in Normal Heights (it was Eric's 2nd time there) to identify an area of cracked clay pipe underground that we'd found on the Drain Scoping / Sewer Lateral video. We were having totally unrelated water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and they both helped me troubleshoot that just to be nice. They completely figured out the issue & solved the problem on site. Turned out to be super minor and at the time it was making the deal extremely difficult!

Their expertise is extensive, they are EXTREMELY thorough (I have many more examples), they are operating safely with masks these days, and they're just generally really nice human beings who care about their service. I will request them on all of my jobs now for my clients!

The people at Paws are great! When my grandparent's house was experiencing back-up problems in their tub paws came out and let us know exactly what was wrong with the system. Robert was great at explaining exactly what the problem was and what it would take to get the job done. The man behind the phones Will was also very helpful.He got a plumber to the house quickly with a time that fit right into our schedule.

I had a cracked toilet bowl and needed it replaced. Eric came out to quote and replace the toilet. I accepted the quote and he went to get the toilet and installed it. The toilet was a little tall for the space. Eric gave me the option to continue to use the old tank or he could take extra time to cut the new tank cap to make it lower so it would fit. I really appreciated that he did take the extra time to make the new tank fit and that the whole experience of replacing a toilet was easy for me. They did the procurement and installation. Will the dispatcher was great, too. He kept me informed of when the plumber would show up and even took initiative to see if I wanted to change to an earlier appointment time since it became available. Highly recommended.
