I have used pawlak plumbing over the past ten years. I have found them to be professional in thier work and clean. When they finish a job there is little to no clean up. I always look out knowing when they are to arrive. Depending on the jon Ed the plumber comes which makes me very happy. I have over the years had his co-workers come also. they all were fantastic workers. I have had great service, the quality was also great and the value was right. I've hired Pawlak Plumbing for several projects over the years. My most recent experience was in February 2020 when I hired them to change my hot water tank and they returned in April 2020 to snake a basement drain. In all my experiences, their team is professional and courteous. They established a time to do the job and arrived as agreed, completing the tasks within a reasonable amount of time. They are always very willing to explain the plumbing issues and I appreciate learning a little more about my property every time I have to get work done.

Such a relief to work with people who know what they're doing, assume nothing, and fix an issue the first time. They scoped a downspout to reveal a nasty crack that was leaking near the foundation. Two workers came out and dug up the area, protecting the lawn from the dirt and rocks. They replaced the broken pipe, TESTED it, then replaced the dirt and rock border along the house. Thank you!

Two guys came out and snaked the mainline, work was prompt and was successful. They also replaced some old galvanized valves. In general I was very pleased with their work, speed, and cost. Major drawback was that payment is still done by paper/cash/ mail.
