My father and I have been customers for 10+ years. We both own vacation homes in a local private community and have been very happy with their services. The techs are great and the office people are the best. All being helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We use them for our monthly oil deliveries and the annual service and maintenance. I have also used them to add a new heating zone to my house, replacing the boiler and putting in a multi-unit central AC system. All the work was done with a high degree of professionalism, with reasonable pricing . I often find it difficult to find any contractors that I trust - but I do trust these guys. When my septic needed replacing I asked them for a referral. They pointed me in the right direction and I was equally happy with the services of the Septic company they referred .

Had a problem with my Oil Burner. Called Paupack Fuel Oil last Mon. and Jeff the tech wast there in a few hours. He figured out the problem, set the system to run on a temporary basis while a part was being ordered. Part came and system runs fine! Great service and very reasonable.

Spoke with Paupack Oil, agreed to pay for the service call, agreed on the final price. Paupack Oil wanted a credit card number over the phone, right away, before they do any work, before they even send a contract... Really???

Just give them the card number and maybe they will show up and maybe not, maybe they will charge the correct amount, maybe not...

My Furnace has been acting up and it finally kicked the proverbial bucket. I had plans to travel and was worried about leaving home with an ""iffy"" heating system. I decided to replace the furnace since it was over 30 years old. Paupack Fuel worked with my time frame and got their guys here quickly to install a new furnace in time to beat the snow and frigid temps.

The guys were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. When I called the office I was panicking over my time constraints and the lady in the office couldn't have been kinder or more cooperative! I can't say enough good things about them and would not hesitate to encourage anyone to deal with them!

My elderly, disabled uncle has been a faithful customer of this business for years now, and just recently this company has completely let him down!The service tech that came to his house to fill his tank did NOT inspect the tank before he filled it (service techs are SUPPOSED TO CHECK everything before they fill a tank w oil),unfortunately, the tank was filled w water because it had been sitting for 3 years, which my uncle did tell him that it needed to be serviced before filling, BUT the service tech didnt check the tank and filled it with $300 worth of oil!!!now the tank is completely useless and when i called the company to ask them for help w the problem the secretary who answered the phone was totally RUDE and would NOT even try to help fix the tank or provide any type of compensation/refund! then she proceeded to hand up on me! I would never suggest anyone uses this company, and if you do, i would have a REAL plumber standing by to observe their work!
