Great plumbers are hard to find and I'm glad I found Paul's team available when I needed them. My usual plumber was caught in a big job but Paul's team came to the rescue. They do an absolutely clean job and replaced my older Mixet shower valve with a brand new Moen valve. Paul and Philip returned my calls, were on time, and had no issues bringing all the parts they needed to do the job. I will definitely call them again if I have any future issues. Having a roster of good plumbers on hand is smart for every homeowner.

My garbage disposal was leaking water and I needed to get it fixed right away. I phoned Paul's Plumbing and made a same day appointment. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Phillip explained why the disposal had to be replaced. The job was done in a short time and he tested it for leaks, ensured it was working properly, and showed me it was dry. We discovered the drain in our washer machine was back-up water flowing all over our laundry room floor. We called 1st RITE-A-WAY Plumbing from Riverside. Plumber came out ran about 10 ft. and told us that we had a collapsed drain pipe and needs to be fix and replace. Plumber gave us an estimate of $6500.00. The problem with that is the plumber couldn't be exact with the location of the collapsed drain pipe but wanted to dig a huge hole in our kitchen and put holes in our walls and relocate our drain that was in the slab. So we decided to go with our gut feeling and get a second opinion. Went online and found Paul's Plumbing. Paul's Plumbing had the most ratings, so we decided to give him a call. He came out the very next morning. He ran a snake more then 80 ft. from our laundry room to the front yard, told us his step by steps, explain everything about the job. "" It ran through so smooth"" ""It couldn't of done that with a collapsed drain pipe"" !!! Paul is a very OUTSTANDING, GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE AND HONEST PERSON!
We will ABSOLUTELY recommend PAUL'S PLUMBING Services to everyone we know, and anyone that needs a great plumber. Paul is for sure our plumber for now on..

I highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work simply because he is HONEST. Paul came over and gave me a very reasonable price for a slab leak detection test and reroute of a pipe. Not only was he honest but he also did a fantastic job in doing the job right. All the pipes were copper and neatly strapped in with brackets. Thank you again Paul!

I had a slab leak from a 3/4"" copper pipe in between my laundry and restroom, I made several calls hoping to get a reasonable price, I chose Paul's Plumbing because Paul seemed very knowledgeable and gave me detailed explanation and options. He was not the cheapest but used better material than the other guys wanted to use. Paul, his son Phil and Alex were very friendly and professional. Phil is the one who actually did the reroute & repair. I'm a very picky guy and I have high standards in workmanship, Phil did a ""mighty fine job."" If I should need any plumbing in the future I will definitely consider Paul's plumbing. I highly recommend him & his son should you need a good plumber.

I can't be more satisfied about Paul's work! He helped me solved the slab leak problem. Also, he find the root cause for me and fixed it. There is more, he took his time explain the problem to my insurance company to save my trouble.

There is even more, he thought me how to fix my pipe leak so in the future, I can do it myself without getting charged by anyone.

Paul displayed ultimate service even before seeing the problem first hand. In the emergency of a water heater leak and losing hot water, I emailed all the local plumbers for a quote on a holiday fix. Not only was he one of the first to respond, he recommended a few ways to troubleshoot the problem while most plumbers were closed for the holidays. After trying his recommended checks, I could not figure out and fix the problem. I decided to give Paul a call but he was in the middle of a job. He was gracious enough to walk me through the issue, find the root cause, and fix the water leak and heat. Instead of waiting and paying an ""expert"" to overhaul a new water heater set-up, Paul saved me time and money. He seems to be one of the service guys that's more interested in helping people in need versus just taking your money.
