He's eye for detail was meticulous. I felt that he wanted to make sure he satisfied our expectations which he did. We had a hot water slab leak too and Paul came out to give an estimate and then do a leak detection. He explained how we didn't need break into the slab floor and explained step by step our options and costs. He finished in one day and was professional, dependable, courteous, and finished quickly. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend him and contact him for future work.

Found Paul through Yelp, gave him a call and explained our plumbing issue, I wanted to get a full drain flush and camera view, he gave me his pricing but said he would come out and take a look at no charge. He came out and gave us a few pointers on how to finish off our situation and said my husband already had done the hard part of fixing the issue and knew from talking with him that he could also handle the rest of the job himself. Paul showed me that we did not need a drain flush and he didn't try to sell us on other services, just an honest and friendly neighborhood plumber!

Called Paul late on a weekday night because my gas had been shut off due to a leak. Paul came out the next day and fixed the leak no problem. He charged exactly what he promised over the phone. It was a good price and he did great work!

I called and he didn't answer so I left a voice message.
He called back later sounding annoyed and very unfriendly, which is kind of stupid because why even call back at all?

You're not doing me any favors by calling me back and being rude to me for no reason when I'm being friendly and inquiring about your business services.

And Paul seemed annoyed when I told him I wasn't exactly sure what shower valve I had, since I wanted to get my shower leak fixed.

Um....How am I supposed to even know what he means? Did he mean brand? Handle-type?? He put me on the spot and I was kind of perplexed as to why he was being such a jerk, so I told him i would try finding out later and possibly fix it on my own, and he scoffed at me and said ""YEAH WELL GOOD LUCK!"" In a really condescending way.

Mind you, I wasn't being spiteful or trying to egg him on when I said I'd try doing it on my own, I just didn't know what else to say to him and he seemed like he was pissed that I called him in the first place.

Basically, this guy's not exactly someone I'd want to meet in real life or give any business to.

Philip came out to my home to un clog my toilet. Because my 3 year old son put a remote down in. Because Benny made the referral for me. I am grateful that Philip came & did the job for me. I went 5 days without a working toilet . They came on short notice. I am very happy & feel blessed that they did! They are a honest company. They charge fair prices . If I have a issue again? I will use them again. Thank you for quick speedy good service. Yes I am pleased with they work & results I got. :)

Called sat to fix my clogged shower, wasn't able to make in that day but explained situation and came early sun to the rescue and even gave me a discount! That's what I call service!! Would recommend to everyone!

We had a shower handle problem, which Paul fixed with great results! He was able to immediately come out to our place to address the problem. Paul even took the time to look at some issues we had in our other bathroom and gave some suggestions. He gave us a small discount without us even asking because he could tell we were students. Just a great guy and experience overall!
