I had a failing water heater on a freezing day when it was difficult to get a plumber to respond. Paul squeezed me in, rushed over, did a terrific job and was pleasant and efficient. Highest recommendation.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

I'm a contractor and used Paul's plumbing to hook up a shower pan. They didn't do it right, it leaked and caused sheetrock damage. When it came time to settle on my repair labor, Paul refused to cover my full costs, was quite rude in telling me my time is worth less than it is.

He was argumentative and difficult.

They also got plumbing cement on the cabinetry and were poor at following instructions and follow through.

Paul and Sean fit me into their tight schedule and fixed a water main leak. I appreciate their willingness to fix a minor leak and not require a full main replacement. When that job is eventually needed I will be calling them back. Thanks guys

This company is the absolute worse! We had to call them three times today they said ""someone will call you right back"" then on the third call meanwhile our kitchen is flooding four hours later they then tell me they're closed today do not use these guys they are absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of your time update: you can check my call log these guys never called me on the weekend , we waited for hours and the owners response to my complaint is to bully me on yelp? That should give you enough proof of their professionalism

Great service. These guys knew what they were doing and were explained everything. I couldn't have had a better experience. It may cost a bit more than some fellow you know but it is worth having it done right

We had an emergency rupture in our pipes with the water having to be shut off to the whole house. Hundreds, if not thousands, of gallons of water pouring out into our neighborhood. It was a disaster. Paul's plumbing came out within an hour of my call and fixed the whole system!! It was amazing! They were incredibly professional, expedient, and friendly. I thought it would be a huge ordeal to fix and they were clear experts and made a terrible situation resolved in less than 2 hours! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They know what they're doing and they are so honest. It's hard to find trustworthy and skilled experts these days, and these gentlemen were exemplary. I highly recommend them and will most certainly be using them in the future!

Such a convenient and fast experience! Benjamin came by the same day I called and fixed our clogged drain quickly. He explained what he was going to do and showed me where the issue was. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. I recommend Paul's Plumbing and will call them again if we need a plumber in the future.
