Paul's Plumbing showed up on time, fixed a clogged drain, left my home clean, and charged less money than the other guy was going to charge just to look at it.

I highly recommend Paul's Plumbing to folks that want a workmanlike job at a great price. They have earned and will receive my loyalty for future work!

Paul was great and made effort in getting to my issue prompt. However, i was not satisfied with my plumber.
The technician found the problem in my leak quickly (10 min) yet it took 2 hours to complete what appeared to be a simple fix. I'm indicating simple due to the fact that the plumber came in and out of my house 10 times for parts and pieces. An efficient and experienced plumber would know what he needed when realizing the issue, then get what he needed and complete the job. He then proceeded to take 3 trips to gather the tools from my house , when it should have been completed when job was done. My front door opened 10+ times with a lot of back and forth.
Too bad my normal plumber was booked out on jobs and couldn't help me in a leak that i thought needed addressed right away, in which maybe could have waited for better service. I would really know your referral before scheduling an appointment.

Highly recommend! Jeff was early, professional and HONEST! And I left messages with at least 12 other plumbers over the weekend and they were the first and 1 of the few that returned my call. I have their number saved on my phone now.

Paul is an excellent help and quickly resolved our problems with our garbage disposal in less than a few minutes. He's friendly and genuine, a pleasure to work with. We're glad to have found his help:)

I would look for a different plumber. This plumber marked up the toilets he installed several hundred dollars without disclosing this prior to the work. When we requested the invoice from the store, the plumber stated that we could not see this. After obtaining the invoice ourselves, directly from the store, we saw that the plumber had marked up the toilets several hundred dollars over his purchase price. Had we known this significant markup was their practice, we likely would have purchased and picked up the toilets ourselves. The real issue here is that none of this was disclosed prior to to the work being done. The response from the company was"" you should expect this"" rather than ""we should have told you."" Buyer beware.

Someone did call the next day to ask if I still needed help. Apparently their service tech on that night was sick.... and no one thought to inform the dispatcher who answers the phone and tells people they'll get a call back from the tech on duty that night? Oh, I was also told they wouldn't be able to get me on their schedule until next Tuesday- no problem, I'll just go without water for 5 days......... seriously?? What a joke.

My plumber was Tim and he did a great job. Paul's Plumbing was quick to schedule my work and the rates were reasonable, I'll use the from now on and I'd highly recommend them!

My pipes froze, and after a day of working on it myself to no avail, I called Paul. He is friendly and patient and discussed the details with me over the phone, gave me some tips, and admitted it wouldn't be a good use of my money to have him come out for the problem because, given my type of pipes and routing, there was not much he could do. I'm very thankful to him for that, and he will certainly be our go-to plumber from here on out.

I had a bad underground leak in front of my house. Water was shooting up from underneath my entrance walkway. The pipe from the water main to the house had a bad leak. I called a number of different plumbers only to get denied by most of them. Either they said they were booked, or they could come by that day but it would cost me time and a half. I called Paul's and he too was very busy that day. He said there might be a window to where he could squeeze me in. He promised to call back in a couple hours when one of his plumbers was expected to be free. Sure enough, as promised, his plumber called me in an hour.

I had started digging up the walkway myself to expose the leak. Paul's plumber came out (forgot to get his name, but a very nice gentleman) assessed the situation and immediately got to work on the problem. Took over digging up the walkway and quickly exposed the leak. It was more than 2 feet underground. He repaired the leak and was on his way in about 2 hours total.

I'm very satisfied with Paul's Plumbing's service and HIGHLY reccomend them. Courteous, professional, honest, prompt service, and VERY reasonable price.

5 days prior to Christmas last year, our gas water-heater failed. Paul promptly answered & dispatched help right away. 'T.R. arrived on time, was personable, & mostly importantly, his thorough repair of our water-heater will add years to it's useful life before needing to be replaced --- saving us a lot of money.
