Website says they service all the way north to Winfield but when I called to have them service my house in Mount Pleasant they said it was out of their service area. Terrible website with poor information. Customer service rep on the phone didn't seem to care that their website information was misleading and wrong.

Paul's Plumbing and Heating is a great place to start your project. He was on board from the moment we did our kitchen project (total gut) he was thoughtful, helpful and timely. Two years later when we did our bathroom. That same courtesy and thoughtfulness along with the professionalism of their staff made our project go great. At that time, I had a question about the kitchen sink's faucet, the kind you pull out for the sprayer. He looked at it and said, we'll get you another one. The very next day I had a new sprayer in my kitchen sink and wasn't charged a penny. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Paul's Plumbing. Great company and great people.

Not sure what the point is in calling a plumber if said plumber isn't willing to help a customer. I spoke to someone woman who didn't identify herself but she sure had the authority to tell me that they are interested in helping with a leaky tub because they didn't originally install it. Her words were, ""he doesn't want to get involved in that kind of mess since your original installer made all the profit."" Ooooookay. Sounds to me like you don't want to make money.
