These guys were a total ripoff! my crawlspace was fooded with sewage and they claimed it was from a belly in a pipe and charged me 14 K to fix it. the problem persisted and the guy (Brandon) claimed it was rain water collecting in the crawlspace (total BS). the sewer line was backed up and pushing back through the cleanout in the crawlspace. Claimed my sewer line was connected to my neighboring 3 buildings (Makes no sense) and I neede a jetter to unclog it. In my desperation to have working plumbing again I agreed to ANOTHER $1200 charge, still didn't solve the problem and I finally got fed up and hired another company who figured out that the city sewer was backed up and these guys totally missed a manhole right next to my property. Would not even refund the 1200 for the unnecessary jetting let alone that fact that I probably didn't even need the 14K ""repair"". Find somebody else who actually knows what they are doing and are an honest business!

We had Kevin Henson and Chris out to do some large plumbing fix. Major job included busting parts of basement floor. This was unexpected and unplanned. We were overwhelmed but Kevin took time to explain everything and was knowlegable, experienced and friendly. He answered our many questions.

Family business. Pauley came to my rescue about 3 years ago in the middle of the night after multiple plumbers were no shows. No job is to small. I run a business and they have come through for me every time. Prices are reasonable. Good guys.

So On June 3, I called Google for a plumber to do a shower setup so I could finish installing a new surround. Google connected me with Pauly's plumbing. I was told 40 Dollars for the trip out and he could be there on June 4 by 3 pm. June 4, 3 pm: no call, no show. I called him and he doesn't remember any such call. You can probably find anyone better than this.

Scheduled for 1:00 pm, Feb 17 2021, no-show. Texted them at 2:21pm, my I-phone informed me they read the message but they didn't answer. 4:10 pm I texted again - and these are my exact words - ""Okay, gents, it's 4:00 pm and we were scheduled at 1:00 pm. I'm guessing this isn't happening"". They read that immediately...and didn't respond again. No attempt to reschedule, no apology. So until I find someone else my sewer continues to back up. Very frustrated.

On reading other reviews I feel like I dodged a big price tag. Thanks anyway, guys.

Worst plumbing experience I have ever had. I called to get my drain line for my kitchen snaked out. Kitchen drains started running slow. They told me it would be starting at $70 and I would get an estimate if it was going to be more. Ron came out and looked at my drain he first tried to snake it out with a small drill attached snake made for a sink drain, not the mainline. Then when that didn't work he brought in the regular machine he put the end down the snake out and turned never tried to guide the snake or push it into the line. Then he proceeds to tell me that I have a broken drain pipe and that it will be about $4000 to fix it but it could go up from there depending on where the break is. All pressure on getting it fixed, saying ""It's the worst I've ever seen."" I asked for them to send a camera down so we can see where the break was, and the serviceman told me it's an $1800 dollar camera only an idiot would send it down into mud. Then they charge me $225 for this horrible service. They are nothing more than a ripoff joint, trying to do a bait and switch for high-end repairs and then overcharge you when you don't bite. Also had to cap my own drain clean pout and mop up the mess he made.

These guys said they would come by at 10am to snake a drain. 1030 am cqme and no one showed up or called. I contacted them and they said they were too busy and would call when they were on their way. The whole day went by and nothing. I called and left a message as well as sent the plumber a text. Didnt get a response till almost 5pm saying they were too busy and would try tomorrow. What company sets a time and then doesn't show up or have the courtesy to contact you with some sort of apology. I had to move several appointments around that cost me money so I could sit at home and waste my day waiting for them. Highly unprofessional. Prices were way higher too.

Scheduled a Pauleys plumber to show up at 12pm on Saturday. No plumber showed, so I called and spoke to a woman in the office. She said someone would get a hold of me. No one did. I called back and let her know. She had a plumber named Brandon call. Brandon said 5pm-6pm he would come. I let him know that I would be home and if he was going to no show me to please let me know because I would have to miss out on Halloween with my kids. At 6:30 pm, still no plumber. Called and left a message at the office.

Absolutely unprofessional clown show that this company is trying to run. Came to Yelp and saw the low rating and not surprised to see 2 stars.

Complete waste of time - do not recommend at all. Unfortunately, for potential customers, their rep, Brandon is really giving the company a bad reputation. On a Thursday, called Pauleys to arrange for a sewer drain to be snaked. Brandon scheduled an appointment with me to come the following Monday. At the scheduled time, no call no show from Brandon. I called to inquire as to what happened. No reasoning or apologies given. He rescheduled for later that afternoon. When he arrived, I asked about use of wide cutters mentioned by the owner on a previous visit, which is the reason why I selected them. The owner said at the time he charges $160 for the service. Brandon quoted me a price of $1,800, yes $1,800 to snake a drain!! For a job that typically ranges from $125 to $190 max. I repeatedly asked how he could with a straight face justify the price. He stood firm on the price.. Of course I said 'no thank you' and he promptly left. I would have respected him more if he had admitted that he was just too shiftless to do the job. I called the office and left a message for the owner detailing what transpired. No return call. Afterwards, I called an actual reputable plumber who came out within the hour and did a professional and courteous job for $190. Shout out to John's Plumbing 313-886-7710, my new go-to plumber!

Don't trust this company. I had a leak that required a pipe to be capped. A ten minute job. Their plumber looked at it and quoted $1,100.00. That is right, over a thousand dollars. I called Father and Son and they did a great job, in 10 minutes and at one tenth the cost.
