Patti R.On June 19, 2025 our sump pump stopped working. Pauleys arrived after business hours, assessed our pump and indicated we needed new trash pump. If installed that evening we had to pay an additional $200. We agreed
Then they realized they did not have the pump on the truck but said they would come back in the morning. They did return and installed new pump. 5 days later our basement began to flood
Then next morning another Plummer from Pauleys fixed it. He said it was not installed correctly. We called to see if we could be offered a discount but was told no. We had lost valuables in our flooding, plus had to clean up the mess and they offered nothing. We should not have had to pay the extra $200 since it was not installed until the next day and they should compensate for our cleanup.
