I told the main office my radiator was leaking slowly and I was afraid to turn up the heat (the next day the temperature was supposed to drop into the low 40's )she told me she wasn't sure if she could fit me in today.Then she told me to hold on , when she came back she told me she would get me someone in about an hour, and they were here within the hour.Will definitely use them again.

They saved me during the last cold snap when my furnace died. Very fast response and very reasonable cost. Had them out for two subsequent visits for my 90 year old steam system. Nez and his helper did a great job and were very courteous. Highly recommended.

Contacted Paul Yonkers Plumbing and Heating Inc. to replace parts of my kitchen sink and hook up the dishwasher accordingly. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule and made an appointment for me right away. The plumber, Harris, was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He fixed the issue quickly and answered any questions I had articulately and thoroughly. He encouraged me to get additional work done on the plumbing of the kitchen, (it's a rented and old house), but was not pushy in any means. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of work that was performed. I would highly recommend this company.

This man is to be avoided - totally rude, incompetent, and unreliable. I had an expensive installation done by him. It didn't function properly and he ignored my many phone calls and numerous letters. I finally had to call another plumber to come to the house to correct his many mistakes. Don't even think to call him for a faucet leak.

Let me put it bluntly. This man is rude, nasty and hostile. He does not stand behind his work and does not finish the job. He then blames the customer. He hung up on me and cursed me out when I asked why he took my money but did not fix my boiler. There was a leak from the boiler after he left. It stopped working a few days later and I was left without heat or hot water. When he finally deigned to return my calls several hours later, he declared that I needed a new boiler but that he would not deal with my warranty. Under no circumstances use him. He is a thief and a liar. And his work is lousy besides.

The worst plumber. He took 1500.00 from us and the work he did made our boiler leak and shut down. We will now have to get a new system. He and his workers were completely rude, incompetent, and the office was not helpful. Complete thieves. We had a better system before we used him!!!
