I had a problem with my ejector pump because I thought my son flushed some toys down the toilet. I was getting standing water (was not a good smell) in basement closet because of this.

I reached out to a few companies to see if they could quote me and find a time. Paul responded within an hour via email and we scheduled a time the next day to stop by. The other companies I didn't even hear from. He had to replace pump but gave a good price. I think other companies would have charged me double. Reach out to Paul first you won't regret it.

Paul is amazing! Really good at this job and very honest. This one time , our humidifier was dripping water. I called

I got three bids to replace my hot water heater. Paul was right in the middle. His new unit was also 4 inches shorter than my existing unit, and I wanted a shorter tank to have more angle on the exhaust. He responded quickly to my inquiry, and had an opening the next day. My thermocouple went bad, and we had no hot water. (I could not buy an exact replacement, and you dont want to ""jury rig"" that part, IMHO.) Paul showed up on time as promised and had the new heater installed pretty fast. We had a flexible gas connector on the old one, and Paul had to replace that with solid gas pipe to meet code. Nice, professional work, and I learned a few tricks by watching him work! If anyone asks me for a plumber, I'm sending them to Paul...
