If I could give more than five stars, I would. Paul and his crew are the most efficient and honest plumbers I have dealt with. I have used them twice since I've been here. Each time Paul, the owner, came out to my home because he's remembered the issues that I was having. Being new to the area, I have no idea who to call for honest and reliable services. I trust this company so much that I have asked them for referrals to other service providers. If you need a plumber, call Paul and Debra.

The faucet for our kitchen sink had been giving coming a part from the base and not easily threading back in. We temporarily fixed it once, and then after that failed, we literally had it held up with duct tape for two weeks while we were too busy to even call someone out to deal with it.

Eventually, enough was enough and we needed to not have our kitchen sink held together by duct tape anymore. My wife did a little neighborhood Facebook page research and mentioned that a lot of people had success with Paul The Plumber. I gave them a call and got an appointment scheduled.

My wife purchased a new faucet, in case our current one was beyond repair, but that ended up being moot. The plumber was at our house for maybe 12 total minutes, which includes him taking my credit card for the service charge. He very quickly knew how to fix the problem and it's been great ever since.

Something else that was nice was that we were told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm, and I got a text that he was on the way, scheduled for a 3pm arrival. I went sent real-time tracking of his location so I knew exactly when he'd be arriving, which was really convenient.

So our experience was 5-stars across the board and we will definitely call these guys again next time we have an issue.

I found Paul the Plumber on our neighborhood FB page. Several people had recommended him & I do too! He responded the same day we called, even came in late afternoon when it's HOT in the attic. He diagnosed the problem, got the part & fixed it the same day. He also cleaned the unit & provided pictures of the problem before & after the fix. He was very personable & professional. I highly recommend him!

We rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so this time so that others could avoid what we experienced with Paul The Plumber.

Our regular plumber was sick so when our tenants called about a sewer backup in the house we started searching for a new plumber. We decided on Paul The Plumber based on the reviews on Google as well as its proximity to the house.

We called on a Friday morning and were able to get an appointment for Monday (as a side note, the backup was caused by some work on the main line in the neighborhood so by the time Paul showed up there had been no more backup; however, we were okay for Paul to snake the pipe to make sure). Since the tenants reported that water came out of the base of the toilet, we had asked Paul to also reseal the toilet after he snaked the pipe. Paul snaked 75 feet down the pipe (with nothing coming up), based on the invoice, as well as pulling and resetting the toilet (this included replacing the wax ring and fastening the bolts per the invoice). He also replaced the fill valve of the toilet because the toilet was filled slowly. The total invoice was $629, broken down as such: service call, $69; resetting toilet; $285; fill valve replacement, $135; drain backup, $165; multiple job discount, $25.

We were totally shocked. We called to ask him to take off the service call charge, which he refused; we asked about the unauthorized work of replacing fill valve, he agreed to take it off but noting in the revised invoice that we should be available "for any authorization needed", though he had never called for authorization.

The final invoice is $496 - for replacing a wax ring and resetting the toilet, and to make sure the pipe wasn't clogged.

We were wondering how the business got 5 star ratings. A couple of days after the job, we received an email from the email asking us to rate the business. There was a button in the email. If you clicked the button, thinking it would take you to a review page, you were wrong. Clicking the button yields a 5-star rating. Maybe that was how it got the ratings.

We were among the 1000s of houses with water damage because of frozen/burst pipes during the feb 2021 winter storm. All plumbers booked out... Finally, it was our turn. Paul said they were exhausted with many tough jobs. Ours was 6 leaks, 2 hard to get to.

It was immediately obvious that Paul is an experienced professional. Got the job done. Wouldn't quit even after hours of exhausting attic work. He and assistant JB were courteous the entire time and cleaned up nicely.

5 stars all the way! Professional from start to finish. Came out and handled what we needed quickly. He called when he was on his way, came in a marked van so I knew, and I also got a confirmation text with his photo on it so I knew who I would be talking with. Paul was very sweet and told me honestly what I needed and what I didn't. I felt like he actually cared to do his job. We will be using him again and he will be the only person we need to call. Prices were fair and work quality was impeccable. Lile I said 5 stars all the way!
