Professional. First-rate work. Job done right the first time.

I'm not a fan of quick fixes nor am I a fan of ""inflated work"" to drive price up. Neither happen with Paul. If I need plumbing help again, I won't call anyone else.

Shockingly expensive, but maybe the going rate for plumbers here. Installed a restrictor flow for my Jacuzzi tub and will not return to fix it in spite of two message requests. Will not do followup for other work as promised.

They replaced my hot water heater with a new much better one. Also a leak in my shower that was leaking into the wall down to bathroom downstairs. The location of the leak was tricky as there was no obvious pipe or fixture leak. It ended up being from the break down of caulking and grout around the tub. They had to come back one additional time to get it all taken care of and did so happily and promptly to make sure it was all good. Fair prices, good work. Professionals. I will definitely be calling on this company in the future. And have a couple more projects/updates to get completed that Paul the the Plumber will be doing the work for me. Thank you so much.

We hired Paul the Plumber for a couple of projects. The first two projects Paul the Plumber did wonderful. He came at the time he said, and finished the work. We then decided to have him install new faucets in a shower and install a new toilet. The first scheduled day he was going to come he shows up and said he couldn't do the work because a new faucet and shower head was needed. He said he would order it and would be back to install it on Friday or Saturday at the latest. Friday and most of Saturday passed when I get a text saying he would be at our residence from 9-11 on the 26th to complete the work. The 26th came and I get a text at 11:01am saying that he was running late but will be here within 40mins. Then just a short time later I get another text saying it would be next week before he would come. We cancelled his service. Poor Customer Service.

Reasonable prices. Great communication. Very personable. Finished my project right on time. Not sure if you can ask for much more from a plumber.

I needed some pipes fixed in my basement. I liked the reviews of Paul on Yelp and also the fact that he was recommended by a family member as well, so I called. They scheduled an appointment and Paul came by and gave an estimate. Once we agreed on the terms of the project, we set up an appointment and Paul and his apprentice showed up on time and fixed up my old pipes in a jiffy.

I'll definitely be calling Paul the Plumber for future plumbing projects!

My husband and I hired Paul shortly after we moved into our first home. Our house needed a lot of work: we needed to replace our water heater, have two drains reinstalled, and our kitchen sink reset into our new kitchen countertops.

We shopped around for plumbers, and Paul had the best prices. He installed our new heater and hauled away our old water heater for a third of the price Home Depot's home install service quoted us. He is very pleasant to talk to and we have been very satisfied with the work he did for us.

Paul owns his own business, so scheduling him can be difficult. We had to reschedule a few times because other clients had projects that took longer than expected, and this wasn't a big deal for us since I'm a teacher and had this summer free, but it could be challenging for others. His work is of good quality though, so he's worth waiting for.

I highly recommend Paul the Plumber. When MUD came to replace my water meter, they couldn't get the water shut off either at the meter or outside at the stop box. So they told me I had to replace BOTH the inlet at the meter and the stop box outside by the street, and within 30 days, which would have meant digging up my yard and maybe even the sidewalk, which would have been a huge expense. After I talked to MUD and got nowhere, Paul went to bat with MUD for me and MUD was fine with just replacing the indoor inlet so they could replace the meter. Not only did Paul do a great job at a reasonable price, he went the extra mile so I wouldn't have to incur a prohibitive extra expense. That's what I call Service!

Had a new kitchen faucet to install that I picked up from Menards. I would have done it myself, but there weren't any shutoff valves below the sink so I decided to have Paul do it and put in shutoffs.

He was there EXACTLY when he said he would be and only took 45 mins to do a remarkable job ! The estimate he gave me over the phone before I scheduled the work was exactly what he billed me.

I would recommend Paul to anyone and will be a loyal customer to him in the future. He really exemplifies a business putting the customer first. You don't find that very often anymore. Excellent service, excellent work and very reasonable pricing too. The faucet I purchased from Menards cost more than Paul charged me to put it in and add shutoff valves !
