I rarely leave feedback of any kind on the internet, but I feel that others should know how strongly I recommend Paul the Plumber. My family recently requested the services of Paul the Plumber to fix drain issues. The knowledge and service provided far exceeded my expectations. He was able to fix all the problems my family was having. Paul the Plumber was also very polite to all the members of my family, and a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend Paul the Plumber for any services you need,

I needed a new outdoor faucet installed. My old one had froze , leaked and had been replaced 2 and repaired once. I had him move it to a differant location so it would not freeze. Mark was the service man that did the work. Price was close to his phone quote. While Mark was here he noticed a nail rubbing on a differant water line wearing on the copper water line. It would have eventully sprung a leak. He fixed that too. The work performed was awesome ! Thank you Mark

We bought a fixer upper in White Bear Lake in December -the inspector suggested highly that we have all the cut-off valves replaced- we contacted Paul the plumber in January and hired him at his price to do the job in January. -He had Mark his son-in-law do the work and he did a very good job - it was WONDERFUL ! - Mark quoted us a price $100.00 less than Paul had told us - so - we wrote Mark a check for the price he had quoted to us and gave him $100.00 cash if it was a mistake and if not - it would be a tip. We were very excited to get more work done and Paul explained that he had some catch up jobs to do - that he had already promised to others - but once he caught up - he would be with us !! I waited til the beginning of March and called - a couple of times a week- getting voice mail asking Paul to please just call and let us know when we could plan for him to be free to work with us -- -- i was so happy to find an honest -affordable plumber - that i would wait til - whenever -- finally the beginning of April - i got a call from Paul - i was soooo elated - i actually cried -- he called to tell me that he was sorry that he had been very busy - but that he had just got caught up with everything and was leaving on a two week cruise with his wife -and as soon as he got back - he was going to be here for us - --we could go thru our wish - list of what we needed done and see how far our $30,000.00 cash budget would take us . two weeks came and gone - I waited a few days and called - Voice mail again -- i called his son-in-law Mark -and he said that Paul was back and that i would have to call him -- i call - several times a week -for the last two weeks-- my life has had a lot of set-backs - getting laid off - my good friend Toni dying of cancer - etc- and Paul was a good thing i was looking forward to-- i left meassages and told Paul - just get back to me and let me know whats going on - and i will work with you - ""nothing"" -- today - thursday April, 30th - i pulled up with my spouse to the interserction in White Bear - by hwy 61 where the Holiday and white Bear Mazda is at - next to us ? Paul the Plumbers truck - him right next to us -- i dialed his number - he picked up his phone and put it back down --- i left a message and will simply say at this point - that iam VERY very HURT !!!! Paul proclaims to be a Christian- -- and he wont even return calls to tell people whats going on -- AFTER he called and told me that we were next as soon as he got back from his Cruise -- it just isnt nice to not at least explain anything .

Paul is good plumber -and his son-in-law Mark is as well - but he is a lousy business man - as far as customer service is concerned ! So- hire him if you can - if he will show up and if he will return your call - but if youre hoping for a good business man - thats not what you get by my experience -and as far as being a christian ? well, you have heard my story - totally honest and no exagerations - you make your own decision. . -- to me - it shouldn;t be an issue - but since he adertises it - then -he made it an issue -

I hired Paul to rough in my basement bathroom, finish the installation of the faucet on a dog shower, and fix a bathroom tub faucet. I've hired a lot of contractors and Paul was one of the best to work with. He was prompt, polite, and reasonably priced. I wish there were more contractors like him.

Like those who have left reviews before me, I have to say Paul is great!

He's very efficient and knowledgable, and I never thought that when I would call him to help fix my kitchen sink that I would getting a lesson as well. He told me how everything works as he was taking it apart and that really showed his integrity and honest workmanship. Prices are very reasonable (and our cat was thrilled to meet him!) for the high quality work that he does.

I will be sure to recommend him to anyone in the area of his work!

Paul is great. Have used him for many many jobs both household and in our business. Always on time, honest and knows what he is doing! If he can save you money he will. He also loves what he does. I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!

I've used Paul for two jobs now. Both times he did the job for half of what other plumbers quoted me.

Sure his prices are great, but so is his work. You can really tell that he loves life, and this shows through on his work. He goes above and beyond what he would need to do. I won't be using any other plumbers in the future. I recommend him to everyone I know, and if he services your area, don't hesitate....Just use him!

I received a referral to go with Paul the Plumber. He was very friendly on the phone. Discussed options with me and told me up front what the cost would be. He was more affordable than the other 4 quotes I received. I live out of his normal service area, but he made the drive up to the NW metro to take care of my job. Great guy, great service. One of the BEST around, hands down. Years of experience, fast service, knows what he is doing, gets the job done quickly and correctly. Our Siamese cat likes him too...she loves to explore his truck filled with nooks and crannies. :)
