Our lives are changed by Paul the Plumber!! We have had TERRIBLE water pressure in our house for 5 years. We have had 5 plumbers look in to it, the city look in to it and all manner of people shake their heads and say they have no clue what is going on. Today Paul fixed it!!!!! I can't express our gratitude and sense of wonderment enough! It's been taking a full 5 minutes to fill a dog water bowl! We have gained hours of our lives back! We can even flush a toilet and use a washing machine at the same time. We are SO grateful for his pleasant demeanor, his optimism, his skill and his logic. Honestly - it was also a fair price but our whole family and anyone who has ever tried to use water in our home think what he did is priceless!! THANK YOU PAUL!!!!

Sump pump was first, then came the water heater followed by a leak from the sink in the master bathroom. Thankfully I found Paul with the first issue and was able to count on him for the subsequent issues. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and provided options for me to choose from. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The quality of service and the reasonable costs are second to none. Paul was great. Very respectful, responsive and reasonably priced. We had a leaking master bath toilet with was installed incorrectly by previous owner. Over time became a hidden problem. Paul not only fixed it quickly but went as far as trimming the tile around the toilet so everything fit and looked perfect. Felt he went above and beyond and was looking out for us. Really appreciated what he did. Highly recommend.

Our water heater started leaking and Paul was recommended by some neighbors. He was able to come out the next day to replace with the same model that we previously had. Paul is very personable and a pleasure to talk to. He also educated me on many other plumbing topics. His work was great and he also followed up to make sure that all was still going well. I can't recommend Paul enough!!! He answered my call regarding a failing water heater, had me send a few pictures and was able to give me a quote over the phone for replacement and labor. He also managed to install the new water heater the same day and arranged to have the old one picked up an hour later.
