Our water heater recently went out on us so we started calling around looking for somebody who could come out that day and install a new one. Paul answered on the first ring and said he could be out with a new water heater in a couple of hours. His price was right in line with the other quotes we had from companies that couldn't get out until the next day. Paul did a great job and was very upfront about the costs of the project. He even called somebody to haul away the old one for free.

Paul is super nice and we love our new kitchen faucet. He was able to fix our leaking moen hose the same day I called. I liked being able to communicate via text and getting our new Kohler faucet from his design warehouse vs the big box guys like Home Depot and Lowe's that are typically lowered end items. So, a Saturday at 7:30 AM. My toilet clogs. No amount of plunging budges it. I call Paul, who rearranged his schedule and is out within 1 1/2 hours, fixes the problem lickity split and does it all with a pleasant demeanor and at a reasonable price. Paul is simply the real deal plumber. I hope I never see him again because I do not want to have any plumbing issues. BUT if I do, I am glad that I now have a go-to plumber who knows his stuff, is trustworthy and won't charge up the wazoo!

About two weeks ago, our kitchen sink would not drain. My husband tried his best to get it unclogged but to no avail. To top it off, he noticed a leak under the sink. All great timing since we were expecting company for the weekend. The next day, I was frantically looking for a plumber. One guy didn't return my call, another said it would be $300 to start... Well, ok - thank you and goodbye.

So to Yelp I go... You guys have never steered me wrong. Paul managed to fit me in between scheduled appointments since he got done early on one. Long story short, he unclogged the kitchen sink, fixed the leak and charged WAY less than the other guy's quote. Need I say more? :)

One of the two sump pumps in my basement was acting up during a time when I was not able to take time off work to be home to arrange for repair. My sister-in-law contacted Paul on my behalf. Within hours, he met her at the house, inspected the existing pump, replaced it, AND installed a battery that I had purchased earlier for the back-up pump. By the time I was home from work, I had nothing to worry about.

I just returned home from a weekend trip and discovered that the second pump is acting up. Paul will be receiving a call from me tomorrow! Highly recommended.

I called Paul over the weekend and told him about a leaking outdoor faucet at my house. He answered immediately and set up a time to come out Monday. When he arrived, he took care of everything, even putting in an access plate where he had to cut into the wall. That kept me from having to patch drywall and repaint. When it was all done he took off about $30, which was cheaper than any other qutoes. I definitely recommend Paul!
