I had found Paul recommended through the neighborhood app Nextdoor. I had some pipes flagged during a home inspection and so I reached out to him. Paul called me and walked me through how to clean my pipes and what to look for to make sure it wasn't something more serious. The pipes cleaned up great! I can not recommend him enough. He saved me having another person in my house during COVID, along with possibly having someone lie to me and charge me to fix all my pipes. I appreciate his honesty and his ability to walk someone who has zero knowledge of plumbing on how to properly clean their pipes.

Paul was excellent! Called him on Thursday, he picked up on the first try. Was able to provide a quote fairly quickly, and offered some near-term availabilities. We were pretty sensitive about COVID, and Paul was willing to accommodate us by making us his first customers for the day.

As a one-man crew, he was able to get a water heater replaced in ~1 hour, which was incredible. Would definitely use him again for any other plumbing services.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink & the repair was pretty simple & he only charged the service fee.

Clearly he does great work from the reviews! Which is why I called him. He asked me to send him a pic of the issue with my address. So I did that and then got a call from another plumbing co saying he forwarded my info to them. Unfortunately I had an awful experience with the plumbing co he sent my into to in the past so I never called them.

I'm not sure why he couldn't help me with my leaky sink because he never responded to me or told me he was going to refer it out to another company but a little heads up would have been nice!

Had a very good experience with Paul today.. he figured out an issue with an external spigot in minutes and instead of it needing to be replaced, Paul was able to fix the problem in under 10 minutes. I also double paid electronically by mistake and he refunded the extra payment immediately. All in all great experience. Would definitely use his service again!

Wow. Such a nice and professional guy! My husband called him about replacing a sump pump and also a leaky outdoor faucet we've had issues with since we moved in a few years ago. He was available via phone/text and very responsive. He returned our initial call quickly, and also let us know he was on his way about 10-15 minutes before he arrived. Paul got the job done efficiently and uses quality products. Reasonable pricing too. We will definitely be calling him again soon for some other things we've been putting off.

Excellent service. Paul is competent, and monst important - honest. We got scammed and gouged by an incompetent and dishonest person, who sent out 2 people who obviously could not even install a washer in a faucet. Beware! Paul gave us a quote and completed the task in less than 5 minutes. The other outfit ""worked"" 6.5 hours, and when it was getting dark, we just wanted them out of the house and overpaid. Would not give us an estimate because ""we don't know how long it will take, and we get paid by the hour."" Send such people away, ask all questions first, on the phone call, how much for service call, get estimate. Paul charged us less than half of what he would have, because he felt badly that we got scammed. We are senior citizens, much wiser now.

We had water standing in the basement near the drain--it seemed backed up. We called Paul the Plumber and he gave us some different scenarios and prices. He came out and replaced a pump. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional. We will definitely call him again!

Excellent service, price, and professionalism. Paul fixed a toilet leak that was making its way through first floor ceiling after two other plumbers had attempted to fix but leak persisted. He also replaced my hot water heater when it started leaking and work was able to be done same day. He provides text when on his way and follows up after service has been completed. I will be using Paul for all my plumbing needs going forward.
