I've been calling Paul the Plumber since Paul was the only guy. They do such good work is years till I need to call them for something new. Always show up, always do what is expect, and never disappointed.

We called Paul the Plumber to unclog the kitchen sink drain and repair a leaking toilet. Craig was very knowledgeable, personable and fast completing the jobs. Pricing was very fair and will call them again when we need them.

Our pipe into the kitchen sink started to leak. I have called six plumbers in the area, no one but Paul the Plumber was kind enough to call back. I have talked to Beverly at 9:00 AM, and she was very courteous and efficient. She told me that they are very busy, but maybe she can send someone over later in the afternoon, if not then other day. I told her that I am at home today and so they can come anytime. At 2:30, the door bell rang, there appear Craig from Paul the Plumber!! A pleasant surprise! He diagnosed the problem quickly and fix the sink leak with his expertise skill. He was also very pleasant and courteous. From now on, I will not call anyone else for any plumbing job, but Paul the Plumber!

We have called on Paul the Plumber a few times at our house. Most recently, we had 2 separate pipe issues on different occasions. Craig came and remedied the situation both times and each time did an amazingly efficient and impeccably clean job. He diagnosed the issues -suggested the solution and performed the work. We are very pleased. They are on our speed dial list, if we need plumbing help from now on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Paul the Plumber came to my home to face a leaking outside faucet. Cecco, the technician, stepped into my house and immediately remembered having been here before. Even though it had been the one and only visit, he knew where everything was, and even found the outside faucet connection that had ""disappeared."" He then examined my leaking faucet and told me that the wood siding on the inside of the house, might have to be cut out to make room for the work. Upon further inspection he decided that he could maneuver the situation with attention to making the needed space and not disturbing the house. He brought all the tools and parts that he might need, did the work quickly and efficiently. I will certainly be calling upon Paul the Plumber as needed. I thought the charge for the work, was fair.

Craig from Paul the Plumber came to my parents condo in New Haven to inspect toilet after my husband had changed parts in it. Craig was very professional and honest. He looked at the toilet and said what Might have happened and did not charge anything as the toilet was working fine. I will call the company neXt time there is a plumbing issue because I'd their professionalism and honesty.
