5 Stars for Honesty! Marco Plumbing stated that the dishwasher needed replaced and wanted to charge around $1000. I called and talked to John and he told me a rate for install that was 1/2 of what the previous company quoted. He also told me to contact All About Appliances and make sure the dishwasher really did need to be replaced. I call the appliance repair business and they were there the next day and fixed the dishwasher pump for a couple hundred dollars! Never used their services but they still helped immensely! Trying to fix something from Indiana makes it nice to know that there are people we can trust!

I called to ask for a Hot Water tank replacement. Never called back. Made an appointment to have ice maker connected. After they left had water all over. Was not hooked up correctly. Called them back and another technician came. A day later I find out this had also not been correctly hooked up. New manual was there for their reference. Now I need another plumbing job. I will not call Paul Stein.

They came out twice to fix the same problem....left without doing anything other than flush the toilet 10 times. To make things worst...they actually charged me. I called to discuss the bill .....customer service was horrible. HE spoke over me at the very beginning and then became very belligerent. DO NOT USE.

We returned from vacation 10 pm and found a note our neighbor had turned off our water at the meter because the pipe to the house had burst. We used buckets of water from the pool to """"flush"""" the John. At 7 am we called several plumbers who could not respond then called Paul Stein Plumbing who responded by 10 am and had us fixed by 11 am. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. They are now """"our"""" plumbers.

We were referred to Paul Stein Plumbing through a friend. After identifying a problem, within 60 minutes Arnoldo was at our home--well after his work day! He was unbelievably efficient with his diagnosis of the problem, solving it, and then much to our surprise---cleaned the entire area! If we ever have any concerns -- there will be one call -- Paul Stein Plumbing to request Arnoldo. A crisis averted!

I called Paul Stein Plumbing this morning and within 90 minutes, Raul arrived and took care of a problem with each of our toilets. Raul was extremely polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Paul Stein Plumbing to anyone. P.S. this was on a Friday morning and I was afraid we'd have to deal with the problems for the whole weekend, but they served us well and in a very timely manner.

My mother is a 72 year old retiree living in Marco Island. her house was damaged by the hurricane though fortunately she was not there at the time and the house is much better than many others. Still, when we came to assess the damage, we noticed the under ceiling on her stilt house had been torn down exposing a broken return pipe on her bathtub. Stein came out the very next day and the plumber could not have been nicer, replacing and repairing the damage in under an hour. Great service!

Called Paul Stein Plumbing after noticing the water heater was leaking in the garage. We recently purchased the house and relocated to Marco Island from out of state, so finding """"new"""" contractors can be an experience. We were thinking worse case and that the water heater would have to be replaced. We were not looking forward to the unexpected expense. The serviceman, Leo, arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time of appointment. He was very polite and personable. He inspected the water heater and indicated that it was only three years old. He diagnosed what was causing the leak (a rusty nipple) and replaced it saving us the cost of installing a new water heater. It's nice to find an honest, professional and reliable contractor. We will be using Paul Stein Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs/projects!

We have an older home on Marco that requires constant upkeep...which is fine with us. We have had 2 separate and exceptional experiences with Paul Stein Plumbing.
