I would like to commend Paul Stein Plumbing ! They did an outstanding job servicing the plumbing in my master shower. We have older hardware that needed repair and they never gave up trying to resolve the issue as to replace them would have snowballed into an extensive whole tile re-haul. My shower never worked so well as it does now ! They are honest and competitively priced.

I've always had solid service from Paul Stein Plumbing. Water heater, spigots inside and out, and sewer drain backup. They've always been on time, professional, and fair rates. Don't use an off island plumber, they'll just mark it up and take forever to get there. On Marco, these guys know their clients and get the job done right.

5 Stars for Honesty! Marco Plumbing stated that the dishwasher needed replaced and wanted to charge around $1000. I called and talked to John and he told me a rate for install that was 1/2 of what the previous company quoted. He also told me to contact All About Appliances and make sure the dishwasher really did need to be replaced. I call the appliance repair business and they were there the next day and fixed the dishwasher pump for a couple hundred dollars! Never used their services but they still helped immensely! Trying to fix something from Indiana makes it nice to know that there are people we can trust!

I called to ask for a Hot Water tank replacement. Never called back. Made an appointment to have ice maker connected. After they left had water all over. Was not hooked up correctly. Called them back and another technician came. A day later I find out this had also not been correctly hooked up. New manual was there for their reference. Now I need another plumbing job. I will not call Paul Stein.

They came out twice to fix the same problem....left without doing anything other than flush the toilet 10 times. To make things worst...they actually charged me. I called to discuss the bill .....customer service was horrible. HE spoke over me at the very beginning and then became very belligerent. DO NOT USE.

We returned from vacation 10 pm and found a note our neighbor had turned off our water at the meter because the pipe to the house had burst. We used buckets of water from the pool to """"flush"""" the John. At 7 am we called several plumbers who could not respond then called Paul Stein Plumbing who responded by 10 am and had us fixed by 11 am. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. They are now """"our"""" plumbers.
