If anybody has any Pluming needs, please remember this name, Paul Southwick. I highly recommend this amazing 5-star Plumber to friends and family. Hands-down, Mr. Southwick is the most fair and honest Plumber in Loudoun Co. Trust me when I say, I have never worked with a more honest, knowledgeable and dependable Plumber. Mr. Southwick came into my home last week and give me a fair and honest assessment of the problem I was having with my hot water tank. He was patient to answer additional questions a week after the job was done. Rest assured, Mr. Southwick will take care of you. I would definitely use his services again.

As a REALTOR I frequently have need to recommend a plumber. I'm always comfortable referring him. Paul is the most honest plumber you can hope for. He will not ""up"" sell you; he's responsive and efficient.

Ironically, we used to use him (under his previous business name) 20 years ago when I worked in property management. Then we had very big contracts, so it was no surprise he would come running when we called. But he gives the same level of service to an individual home owner with a little tiny leak.

Paul Southwick (now called Pipe Kings) changed a flush valve on my toilet 15 months ago. It is leaking again. When I called yesterday to ask if they would stand by their work and repair it free of charge, they told me that their warranty was only for 12 months and I was out of luck.

I concede that they are not obligated to repair, but nor am I obligated to think highly of them or give them a decent review. A flush valve on a seldom-used toilet should last a lot longer than 15 months!!! I would suggest avoiding a business that does mediocre repairs and does not stand behind them.

Ridiculously overpriced. We had a disposal problem and he was referred to Paul by someone. Rather than check the disposal to see why the old one was not working he just replaced it (charging us $135 for the same disposal that costs $80 at Home Depot). Then when the new one did not work he decided to check the switch and discovered that it was a loose wire not a broken disposal. Unfortunately he had already put the new one in so it was now ours. Total bill $285 for 20 min worth of work on a disposal that had he checked like we wanted would not have needed replaced. A total rip off.

We called Paul Southwick Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub faucet in our condo. He took apart the faucet and realized he needed to order a part. He put the faucet back together and we haven't heard from him since. That was two weeks ago. I have called at least 4 times and left messages each time. I guess they don't need our business? I will not be calling this company again, nor will I recommend them.

I used these guys multiple times in 2010 and they were fantastic - great prices, on time, good service. Today they were supposed to be here between 11-3 to fix a pipe for me. At 2:40 I called to reconfirm the appt as I hadn't heard anything and was told they were on their way from Sterling and would be here shortly. At 4:10 I called again and was told my husband Aaron had sent an email cancelling the appt - I live alone, don't know anyone named Aaron, and did not cancel the appt. Even when I told her I live alone and don't know anyone named Aaron she insisted he had cancelled it. When I pointed out that at 2:40 no one told me it had supposedly been cancelled, she just kept repeating Aaron had cancelled it via email. I will find someone else so I don't waste another day sitting home waiting for someone to not show up.
