Had an awful experience with this vendor. They installed a heating system humidifier and botched the plumbing, cut extra holes in duct work that had to be patched and also used incorrect screws that then blocked the bypass damper from being able to open/close.

Another plumber that saw the plumbing work done to tap in the water line said "" that is a complete clusterf***""

We have used them in the past for heating service and did not have an issue. We used them for routine A/C maintenance a month ago and I was told everything looked good. The tech signed me up for their VIP program in case we had an issue in the future and we would get immediate service. This weekend our A/C stopped working and I called for service and someone came out to look at it. He kept telling us everything was fine...there was no cold air coming out of the vents. He kept trying to tell us it was working! He said if it shuts off again it's an electrical issue. Within an hour after he left it was not working again. I called back and he never returned my call. This morning I spoke to the woman in the office and after looking into the situation she called me back to say the man who came out yesterday was the owner! She told me he was unhappy with the access to the unit in the attic and we needed to have it fixed before he would send anyone out...funny a month ago they didn't have a problem with it and he never mentioned anything to us yesterday when he was here! She said he was refunding our membership fee, but not the $286.00 we paid him to come out and NOT fix out A/C! He refused to speak to me on the phone and I was told to take our business elsewhere. Horrible customer service and terrible way to run a business!

We moved into our new home only to discover our HVAC was broken- in the middle of a heat wave. After one company failed on two visits to fix the issue I called Paul Revere. They listened carefully to my explanation and were genuinely invested in helping troubleshoot. When the tech came he was fully briefed on the issue. He went right to work and within two hours had diagnosed two issues, replaced a broken part, ran diagnostics again and even topped up our coolant. He was smart, professional and immediately we knew he could get it done. And I'm pretty sure he was all of 25years old, if that. Well done! We will be calling on you for annual service. Reasonably priced, good service, good value. Should have called you first.

It's important that I feel safe and comfy with a stranger in my house with my family, I felt very comfortable with that. He helped me save money, laid out all my options an even referred me to a program for going forward in the most economically sound way. The bad news is that the tech came to repair my hvac unit, spent a couple of hours and concluded that I had an electrical problem. The electrician I then called in said not the case and referred me to Anderson Fuel. Within 20 minutes, their technician identified the mechanical problem, replaced the part and the system was repaired. The good news is when i complained to Revere, they immediately refunded my service charge.

This is the second time they have come to repair my system. Once again I was impressed with the speed they showed up and the level of competence of the Tech. I'm a curious guy, and he was willing to let me watch him diagnose the failed relay in the air handler explaining what he was doing each step of the way. The ""problem"" turned out to be ""problems"" and the system shut down soon after the relay was replaced. This time the owner of the company came out (within an hour) to inspect the quality of the first repair and fix the second problem.

So far so good.

Then I get a phone call from their office manager explaining there was a problem with the billing. They accidentally charged twice for a couple items and were refunding the money.

This is a great company!
