We've used 2 other well known large corporate plumbers with disappointing results. Then we were referred by Dream Kitchens to the Jarry s and have used them ever since. Their response time is excellent, the work is good, they don't ""find"" extra issues to address, and their prices are reasonable. Very satisfied customers.

WOW! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Paul Jarry Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and they connected us to a good one. From the first call to the work they performed everything was professional. Brad and his co-worker (sorry didn't get his name) arrived on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was performed in timely manner, they used precautions (covid) with masks, etc. Brad explained what they found, what they needed to do and got to work, everything is perfect and back to normal. I would highly recommend them and you are missing out on a truly great plumber if you don't use them. We will be calling when we start doing some more work inside the house. Thank you Paul Jarry and keep up the great work.

I hired Paul Jarry Plumbing and Heating of Hudson, NH. He came over a little before agreed time - no problem. He walked in looked at the problem and said you have a clogged drain and need a to have it unclogged. Now I am 70 Years old, live on social security. He was there for less than 5 minutes and I thanked him and called A1 Plumbing and Drain cleaning. Well I walked Brad Jarry to the door and he lingered and I said do I owe you anything? he said yes $65.00 for a service call. I am a repeat customer - NEVER MORE. I post a review on his web site and he took it down. He is not to be trusted - he did absolutely a sneaky person! He did nothing and charged me $65.00, Now I hired A1 and they came right away did a ton of work, had quoted me a price before hand. Did an outstanding job!!! When it came to writing out the check I had it almost done and he said hold on that is the wrong amount - he told be me it was almost $150.00 cheaper - he was great - trust me Brad from Paul Jarry will never do that. Beware and stay away from him!!! and if you see a comment from Brad J - he is the one that I am complaining about.

Great guys, great work. Reasonably priced and showed up on time and when promised! They even scheduled with my septic company to make sure everything happened at the right time.

I had these guys in for some boiler/burner repairs. While knowledgeable in plumbing they do not know what they are doing regarding burners. They actually opened up the gasket while the tank was still full! Needless to say water gushed out and spilled onto all of the electrical components of the burner. This was after i had continually warned them to be careful not to get the components wet. I had to call in another company to fix everything and am out $500 in parts and labor...total unnecessary. They will not stand behind their egregious mistake and will not pay for these ""rookie"" maneuvers. Buyer beware.

These guys have been doing all my work for 10 years. Always prompt and help me to save money when they can. They have never tried to Up sell me something I do not need, but will tell me if i need more to get the job done right. Example- changing out the valve for a shower while the wall is open. Numerous times they have told me I don't need something I thought I did. Never abandons the job, professional, courteous, and clean. Fair pricing. His rates are inline if not a little cheaper than other plumbers. With me it is all about reliabilty, quality and price. They hit the mark on all three.

I told him on the phone that i needed to make sure that the pipes werent leaking under my kitchen sink and could they install a kitchen faucet. They said the rate was $85 an hour it took them 20 minutes to install the faucet. they said okay that'll be $85 I said what you owe me 40 more minutes can you make sure the pipes are leaking he said well the rate is $85 per man and he had a second man with him I said why didn't you tell me that your rate was $170 per hour he said then you would've hired me.
i have checked with other plumbing companies and they said this is not standard practice. This is called a bait and switch. On top of all this they are not very friendly and very argumentative and only interested in getting as much money from you as quickly as possible and not doing the best possible service. basically they are crooks.

Fantastic work done on schedule and on estimate.

We needed quite a bit of plumbing done in our 40 year old house. All of the water lines that were previously copper were becoming brittle, and rotting away from the inside. Brad and his crew knocked that portion out in day 1 converting us over to Pex.

The second portion of the job was even more complex. We had a dry well being used for the waste water from an in-law suite. That had to be re-routed to tie into the rest of the house with a made rating pump in the works as well. In addition, all of the existing waste pipes needed to be re-routed and have vents added. They knocked all of that out in day 2 with the 3-man crew.

Very considerate, they cleaned up each day. So glad we had that work done by such professionals.
