I was very fortunate to have Riaunna come out to tackle a toilet re-mounting project. In a male dominated industry, one might feel it's a ""man's job"" to set a heavy toilet. Riaunna skillfully completed the work that would normally take 2 people, like it was nothing. The workmanship was clean and professional. She did an excellent job identifying and explaining the problems, doing the utmost to mount the toilet correctly to the drain pipe, and documenting with photos for future reference.

Our kitchen sink was backed up for a few days and our HOA contracted plumber was going to charge us an 'arm and a leg' to get it cleared out. Slightly frustrated, I called Paul Hineman Plumbing and was able to speak with Paul directly. After texting him some details of our issues, he said that he could come the next day. Paul showed up in the afternoon, on time. I wasn't actually expecting him to do the job, but I guess his employees were booked up with other jobs that day, so he showed up in their place. This was greatly appreciated because we had already gone some days without a working kitchen sink. Paul was professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Best of all, he charged us a fair price (I believe) for the work he did. Would definitely hire him again for any home plumbing needs.

Excellent experience! Tried to help me fix the problem on my own over the phone (to prevent me from spending money), and when that didn't work, dispatched someone quickly to fix it. Problem was solved without issue, I was given advice on how to prevent the problem in the future, and that was that!

In short, it was everything you want when you have a plumbing emergency. Highly recommended!
