Called this company right before Christmas to fix a toilet that had a small leak. The toilet had to be removed because it was missing a part in the tank. Total cost to add the $30 part and reinstall was $485!! This is way overpriced. I could've purchased a new toilet and had it installed for 1/3rd that price. I'm not sure why all the reviews say this company is reasonably priced. Wish I had asked more questions before calling.

Paul and his team are AMAZING. I get very anxious about plumbing. They have done everything from install a tricky teak double vanity to sorting out wierd and random issues with my water pressure. No matter how simple or complicated the issue they are thorough, patient and professional. Paul did a HUGE job for my parents when they remodeled, too with the same satisfaction. I have used other top rated plumbers in the past, but Paul is the best by far in the area.

We had a water leak in our family room of unknown origin. Paul responded immediately, found the source and capped off the leak. He gave us a quote to repipe the damage on the spot. Paul is very responsive and cost competitive; he also has probably forgotten more from experience than most people know now. We have found our guy.

Oh, as Paul was cleaning out to leave we noticed another leak (unrelated) at our refrigerator. Paul checked it out, went to Lowes for parts and made the repairs. Nice.

Our bathroom sink had a leak under the cabinet. Rihanna came in and did a magnificent job on, not only fixing the leak but putting in a new faucet and drain. She worked a good 4 hours and it is beautiful. Thank you Rihanna for your hard work and diligence in making our old 70's faucet look like new. I was also very happy with the price. Very reasonable compared to other plumbers in San Clemente.
