Today I needed to replace 2 toilets at my place, one of the Hineman staff met me at Lowes in San Clemente at 1:30 to help purchase the fixtures then transported them to the job sight and installation was completed by 4 p.m. All clean and tidy. Ken was awesome! He was quick to take my call and then diagnose the issue I had with the plumbing at my property. Our kitchen sink was backed up for a few days and our HOA contracted plumber was going to charge us an 'arm and a leg' to get it cleared out. Slightly frustrated, I called Paul Hineman Plumbing and was able to speak with Paul directly. After texting him some details of our issues, he said that he could come the next day. Paul showed up in the afternoon, on time. I wasn't actually expecting him to do the job, but I guess his employees were booked up with other jobs that day, so he showed up in their place. This was greatly appreciated because we had already gone some days without a working kitchen sink. Paul was professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Best of all, he charged us a fair price (I believe) for the work he did. Would definitely hire him again for any home plumbing needs.

Excellent experience! Tried to help me fix the problem on my own over the phone (to prevent me from spending money), and when that didn't work, dispatched someone quickly to fix it. Problem was solved without issue, I was given advice on how to prevent the problem in the future, and that was that!

In short, it was everything you want when you have a plumbing emergency. Highly recommended!

Bar none the best plumber who has ever set foot on my property. We have had to call him at 11 o'clock at night because we had a problem and he came right over to help us. Such amazing personal service, like none I've ever had before. He has found water leaks replace plumbing fixtures and done things so economically that I have such great respect for him. Paul Hineman plumbing has worked for me for many years. They are truly my go to. Paul has come out at all hours of the night to help me including most recently showing up at 10 PM because my shower would not turn off. Paul is very hands-on and often shows up himself to do the work. They are very reasonable in terms of cost and all of his Plumbers have been first rate.
