Was not impressed at all with Paul Henderson Plumbing and their technician Jordan in particular. Jessica/their front office is great and very responsive and reasonable, but unfortunately that does not outweigh how unfortunate our experience with Jordan was. Jordan left a mess in our kitchen after installing a gas line, left holes bigger than were necessary for water lines so cold air and bugs now come up through our crawl space and he smoked on our property. We addressed all of this with them via email and phone and Jordan never apologized or took responsibility for making our house smell like cigarettes and said that everything he did was standard (meaning they don't caulk/seal holes) and their company policy is that they're allowed to smoke on the property's driveway. He was very rude and unprofessional and the most they were willing to give was $40 off a $2,800 bill. Did not feel good to pay that much money for something that left our house smelling bad and dirtier than it was before. I would not recommend Paul Henderson Plumbing to anyone. Their work was sloppy and their tech was really unpleasant to work with.

I agree with the last comment. I wouldn't call this plumber to do any jobs for you. When I called to schedule the apt I was told $79 trip charge but If they did the work that fee wouldn't be charged. I needed a cartridged changed and they were charging me $356 plus $79 trip fee. After research and calling other companies the part is $10-50$!.

Bottom line if you want to overpay go with Paul Henderson!

This is the second time I have reviewed Paul Henderson Plumbing. Recently they replaced a garbage disposal. After looking at the bill and researching I found that they charged me twice what the disposal cost at all the local hardware stores. I complained but they said it was because the local stores get a better deal than they do. Why wouldnt they go to lowes? BI asked to have the owner call me to discuss this and I haven't heard a word. I am very concerned that they are overcharging customers. And disappointed in Paul Henderson Plumbing.

When making the appointment with this company I was told a $79 fee would be charged just to come take a look. The plumber was here less than 5 min and told me to add salt to my water softener and charged me $164. For pressing 3 buttons on my water softner and being here less than 5 min. That is an astronomical price. Do not feel like the company was honest about the pricing and will not be recommending them.

This company came highly recommended and after having a negative experience with a different plumbing company, we were glad to meet Brandon. He was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He arrived wearing a mask, as expected. He installed a new kitchen faucet and also a new toilet in our home today. We will definitely be using this company going forward for future plumbing needs!

I was referred to Paul Henderson Plumbing because they hold a warranty contract/relationship on the manufacturer of my water softener. I called to verify this and they confirmed they have that contract. I told them my scenario and they said they needed to send someone out. The guy comes out access the problem, says he'll be back next week to fix it. No mention of anything and the last time I spoke with someone in the office it was about them having the warranting contract/relationship with the manufacturer. The guy comes out the next week just like he said and installed a part that should fix the problem. Great! As the guy is leaving my house he says we'll send you the invoice....? First I had heard. I get the invoice for $350 and was confused so I called. They didn't even check if it was covered under warranty so she said she would check and get back to me. Guess what, it wasn't under warranty (purchased less than 4 years ago). The biggest issue I have is they charged me an initial trip fee of $45. Their short explanation was (first, ""we charge everyone that""), after probing ""we didn't know whether it was under warranty or not"". Well 2 things: 1. we could have check first with the serial number on the water softener and 2. Maybe mention to your clients that IF the system isn't under warranty, sending someone to look at your system will cost $45.

They performed the service well and the people they sent to the house were great. I just personally think the transparency in cost or potential cost could have been handle a lot more professionally.

After getting ripped off by a few high priced big name companies, I found Paul Henderson. Since that time, Paul has always done my plumbing repairs. He has done them right the first time and his prices are very reasonable. He's a personable guy who's easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!

I called Henderson Plumbing on two separate jobs and both jobs were completed in less time than quoted and the plumber, Eric, was very knowledgeable, extremely neat - leaving NOTHING to clean up after his visit, and explained in detail how to avoid any future problems. I am on well and septic tank and Eric took the time to make sure we understood how all worked together, how to extend life on the filter, placed water shut-off value where I could easily find/use, and what we would need to do to avoid any potential pitfalls. (Eric was great!)

Would HIGHLY recommend Henderson Plumbing, friendly, customer service oriented and both jobs were handled with no hassles and under-budget. Only wish I discovered Henderson sooner. Would have saved me lots of money and a LOT of after the job clean-up time.

Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app. Eric came out and diagnosed problem. The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house. Rate for services was very fair. Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Brandon was the professional plumber sent to my home and could not have been kinder. New faucet installed in less than an hour and Brandon offered a coupon - this speaks volumes as this company is not transactional based - Paul Henderson Plumbing is RELATIONAL based and the put the customer first!! Locally owned which I prefer - they have all my business from now on!!
