Called up for a water heater to be replaced. After speaking with Paul over the phone we had a date and time for it. After the installation was complete I was shown the work and nothing but quality well crafted work was done. I'd say very fairly priced and would highly recommend to any friend's or family around.

Though he responded to request for a quote, I don't think he was interested in the job. Told me he didn't do email and to call first thing in the morning to set something up. When I called to set up an appointment, he said he was in his truck and to call first thing the next morning. The next morning when I called, he took my address and number and rather than give me a date and time, said he'd call me when he had an opening. I never heard from him. Went with someone else who wanted the job. I went with one star because I had to pick one. I wanted to go with no rating because I never actually saw his work so I can't rate it.

Paul came out right away he did a great job fixing a gas leak and did not charge a ton of money.He was a lot cheaper than other plumbers I have used in the past

Terrible! I called them. My toilet was leaking, he sent one of his plumbers over. He took the toilet off its seat and showed me how high the water line was and told me I needed to call someone else to use an auger on the pipe. It was clogged. He put the toilet on, yes the leak stopped but I couldn't flush the toilet. His plumber told me that ""they don't clear out pipes and he didn't have an auger."" He gave me the name of someone else. This guy came the next day, was faster than the plumber from Paul E. Martin and he completed the entire job. The new plumber took the toilet off and used an auger on the pipe, then he re-seated the toilet. So if you want a plumber who only does half the job, a plumber who doesn't get at the root cause of your problem, a plumber who doesn't like to get dirty, a plumber who doesn't do this and doesn't do that, by all means call Paul E. Martin Plumbing & Heating. When you have to call someone else, you will still get Paul's bill cause it's twice as nice.

Mr. Martin's Team of Plumbers are the best! They do a fabulous job. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. From the basic leaky faucet to fixing an old heating system the work is always done right!

I had a great experience with Paul and Matt. Paul came out and looked at several Jobs I had and Matt came out and did the work. A couple of these repairs were not easy but Matt did a great job. Paul and matt were both very professional, on time, delivered as promised and they charged a fair price.

I had a horrible experience. Paul charged me $122 just to go out for service call. I had a leak in the ceiling. I asked for them to turn on water and check for more leaks. The guy that went out DID NOT do so. He put up brackets on copper pipes and left !!!! A few days later we had another leak and when I called the owner Paul he said his guy didn't check for leak only fasten pipes to get him out again would cost me a service fee!!!! Paul Martin basically stole my money. I had to get another plumber out to fix leak. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!

This is a company I will not use or recommend again. I had a verbal agreement with Paul on a labor rate of $119/hour prior to hiring him for service. I sent him photos upon his request of all the problem areas. Upon asking, I was informed that 1 person was coming to do the work of replacing a toilet, fixing a shower leak originating in the drain and seeping to floor below. house filter and outdoor spicket. He sent 2 men, one of whom had to leave to get replacement parts-wax ring for toilet and shower cartridge- which they claimed was causing the drain leak, and to which I was charged an additional hour for labor. I came to find out after a discussion with another plumber that those are standard replacements parts which should be on any plumber's truck. In addition, they ordered the wrong part for the outdoor spicket, so they merely replaced the turning valve.
Here it is a few weeks later and the shower is leaking again. It is clearly obvious that they failed to diagnose the problem correctly, and after speaking again with another plumber, changing a shower cartridge is only necessary when leaking from the shower head to the on-off mechanism.
When the final bill arrived, I was charged an additional $50/hour over the additional price agreed upon. Paul claimed that it would have been a 6 hour job with one person. I observed the entire work time, and it took 3.5 hours, one of which was to ""get those replacement parts"". As indicated from my experience, I believe there to be incompetent and/or deceptive practice as related to their work here.
