Paul da Plumber came to my rescue. This was an emergency call. Cold water valve broke in bathroom and flooded. Called Paul and he was here within two hours. Had everything fixed within less than an hour after arrival. Very reasonable rate. Efficient and courteous. Thank you.

My tenant and neighbor had a plumbing emergency late on a Sunday night, with a major clog in the home's only toilet and tub. Paul arrived 30 minutes after I spoke with him, at 930 pm, and resolved the issue by running a snake down the clean out from the roof. No one wants a plumbing emergency late on a Sunday night, but having it fixed in a timely manner definitely helps ease the pain.

Came day of on his day off to connect water to my fridge's ice maker. We had tried to install a tube using one of the home installation kits from Home Depot and done it all wrong. He came, looked at it, and fixed it right away. Super nice guy. Will be using him again in the future!

Fairly nice guys on the surface but bad business practices. Paul sent his son (who seemed to have the experience of an apprentice) to begin working on our stopped up toilet. We found it odd that his son kept the bathroom door closed while he worked. Paul baited us with a $85 evaluation quote over the phone, Then switched to a grand total of $250.00 snake job which ultimately broke down to $125 for his son to come in and do a basic assessment, and an additional $125 for Paul himself to come in off the field with the necessary equipment to get the job done in the first place. We definitely feel taken advantage of but life goes on.

The older I get the more it is impressed upon me that my most valuable asset is my time. I do not have time to waste. None of us does. Which is why I was sorely disappointed with my experience today.
Yesterday I called Paul to see about having a bathroom faucet installed. He told me he should be able to do it today. We agreed upon a time (noon), I texted him my info, and looked forward to getting the work done. Called at about 12 and left a message - no call back. Texted around 12:30 - no reply.
It is now 4:30. No call, no text, and my new faucet is still in the box.
None of us has time to waste.

Paul and Dion arrived to remove/replace a garbage disposal. That went smoothly. While Dion was under the kitchen sink, I asked Paul what to do about a shower faucet leak. Since he saw I was a little handy with tools (I removed the stem with a wrench to show him the condition), after Paul inspected the stem assembly he suggested I take it to Reback Plumbing in Gardena to see if they had a replacement, and put it back in myself.

They had the part, and wa-la--shower leak no mo'!

So Paul talked himself out of a job, but Paul obviously advises in the best interest of his clients. I sure will call Paul for any plumbing needs in the future.
