Paul was great. Our kitchen hot water was just a trickle impacting our sink and dishwasher. Initially thinking he might need to run a new line to circumvent a corroded pipe, he decided to try a new valve first, which solved the problem and saved us $$. Reasonable rates, close to on-time (actually called to let us know his TOA), quality work and a very nice person. Recommend highly!
