Paul C. Adler plumbing company overcharged me for replacing a sump pump and a maintenance free battery back up system to the tune of almost double. While the work is ok, overcharging is less than desirable and reflects poor customer relationship. I will no be employing them anymore. Please read the reviews prior to employing them.

1.5 hours late, left several times to ""get something"" yet billed time on labor. did work other than the estimate. drilled a huge whole in the wall causing dust mess in 3+ rooms and no clean up. left tools in middle of floor charged for parts didn't have and time to go and get them despite an estimate of job . faucet fell off and when told that to clerk she was rude on phone, and calls you a name --generally rough on phone. plumbers says I have been a plumber 30years and last night I had to work late--no responsibility or awareness of the deception on increasing the bill, deficit equipment used and mess he left. owner came out and took 4h+to fix, took money off bill with obvious blunders.
Beware of the place, there are other plumbers, go with them for your work.

We had a serious emergency plumbing situation at our house, and called in this company. They showed up late to begin with. They were rude. They did not listen to any of our concerns. They could not finish the job the first day because of prior commitments, and committed to showing up the next day. They did not. They showed up the third day and completed the job. The two people who showed up argued loud enough to hear over the jackhammer by me in the house. We had concerns about their estimate after we talked to other people in the industry. They assured us they would be on the low end of the estimate, only to hand us an unreadable bill for almost a thousand dollars over the highest estimate. Had they not told us they would be better on the price, we would have had someone else complete the work. Their assurances (lies) were the only reason we continued with them.
