Beware!! Aggressive, attacking, and unprofessional!! Mike referred me to somebody else because he wasn't available. The second person (Kenny) was very kind, unclogged my drain and we worked out payment. 10 minutes after Kenny left, Mike called me screaming at me that I didn't pay this person COD. I had a clear agreement with Kenny and it's quite frankly none of Mike's business. He called multiple times angry and screaming. I hung up on him over and over and finally blocked him after telling him I'd call the police if he didn't stop harassing me. Horrible experience!! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and aggression from a supposed professional. I'm still shaking from the verbal violence this person did to me.

The BEST!!! Fast, efficient and reasonable. Mike is the best....just one text and boom he is on it. He has handled multiple emergency calls from both our family and for my father. Almost always with same day service. Can't speak highly enough about him and his company!!!!

Patton's Drain Service has been our go-to for all things plumbing for nearly 20 years. With several properties, we've run into some really interesting plumbing problems and the owner Mike has saved the day more than a few times over a wide range of situations. From installing a dishwasher to clearing and repairing a main line, Mike does exceptional work. He always assesses the situation, suggests reasonable options and does excellent quality work -- all of that and he is honest, prompt and responsive too.

I've been in property management for over 40 years. During my career I've used so many plumbers on the Westside.

I've had plumbers used wrong parts, charged me for work never done, charged me for parts which they did not use on the job site - this when I wanted to see where the parts were used in what units - and found out that it was never used in the units as charged.

One plumber I used said that he had plugged up the sewer pipe but did not; One plumber said that he had bought 3 new faucets for the 3 units and installed them - I later found out that there were not new bathroom faucets installed in the units; pipes which were still leaking after I paid for the work.

The owner of Patton's Drain Service is very honest, reliable, very qualified to do the plumbing and drain work and has never charged me for work which I don't need.

I had a main sewer line to be replaced and Mike was able to not have to replace the entire line. Mike will show you the actual parts which were causing the problem.

Mike works on all my plumbing and drain services including the main lines. He came highly recommended by the owner of former Lincoln Pipe who uses him. And you can imagine how many plumbers who in her business, met and could used at her own personal residence.

I've had many times, needed Mike to come as soon as possible to ""save me"" from having to have my tenants ""yell at me"" when it was an emergency.

Mike does want to be paid immediately so you should be aware that at the end of the job - expect to take out your checkbook and give him a check for the work done or other methods of payment Venmo, Paypal or good old Cash. He does not take the usual credit cards Visa, American Express or MasterCard.

I'm just sad that I'm writing this review - because as soon as I write it - then Mike will be too busy!!!

Patton's Drain Service has been my go-to plumbing service for over 10 years now, and I can't say enough great things about the company and Mike the owner. I'm responsible for the maintenance on a 55 year old, 10 unit apartment building, and as you might imagine, we occasionally have plumbing and drain issues on the property.
Mike's response time to my calls has always prompt, and he usually arrives within 3 hours on normal calls, and usually within an hour and half for emergencies.
He is one of the most tenacious plumbers that I've ever known. He's always determined and will stay on the job until he's satisfied that the repair is thoroughly completed and won't cause anymore problems. He's clean and always makes sure that his working area in is cleaned up after the work is completed. Other than having a clear drain, you wouldn't know that a plumber had just done a repair after Mike leaves a job.
Mike's prices are quite competitive and he doesn't nickel and dime you for every little item like other plumbers do.
I consider myself blessed to have Patton's Drain Service as my exclusive and go-to plumber, and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. From sink installs to drain clearing and everything in between, Mike and Patton's Drain service does it all.

As a retired director of facility maintenance for a few large companies, I know a good repairman when I meet one, and Mike is most definitely a good..no, great repairman. I wouldn't use him if he wasn't.
