They did not service my house, but their customer service is AMAZING. I called them due to needing a second opinion on a sewer line back-up. I was out of service. Patton was the most recommended in my neighborhood facebook group, and even though Jason was busy with personal things, he immediately sprung into action and got me connected with someone who he trusted and knew would get the job done correctly. Jason also went above and beyond by not just giving me their contact information, but also contacting them himself and getting them to immediately call me.
