All consumers beware. Rogue traders.

These guys are very cute and clever. They charge an out front service fee of $89 and then waive it if you except the quote, the problem is they grossly overcharge ib the first place!

The problem is these guys are grossly overpriced and they prey on the vulnerable in the week. They will dispute that, because they say That you have every right to refuse the quote and we part our merry ways. The problem with the argument is set at the point that you call these on reputable traders to your house. You have a leak and water is not good.

I happened to be a senior with Disability and this meant I had no real choice but to except.

The amazing thing was the diagnosis was incorrect initially! It should've been the simple changing of some washers on the shut off valve or the replacement of the shut off valves under my kitchen sink spoons into him spending two hours convincing me to purchase a garbage disposal unit, the wall still didn't need to replace was grossly overpriced.

He stated that an actual fact it was a Fossett on the kitchen sink that needed replacing. You probably wonder why I didn't go ahead and get the Fossett replaced. To fit $150. It was gonna cost a total price of $750.

The garbage disposal unit I later found out costs $80 from Costco but they charged me $750. Daylight robbery yes they will say I had the choice to refuse the quote. However, after two hours of him fitting the waste disposal unit and then informing me That the faucet was going to Cost me for the $750, what a coincidence. I cut loose the trader only because he did not have a Fossett on board his van but that gave me breathing room to cuss things out.

I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau For what good that will do and the owner informed me that they only make a 63% profit no 450% profit.

So warning to anyone that is elderly or vulnerable. Please find someone else, traders like this probably on the vulnerable.

And the news of the Plumber who must've felt guilt charging me what he did was to say that the quality of service and warranty from these crooks is far and above anyone else in Memphis.

A total lack of moral compass is how old would some up this outfit. And the problem is my State Farm agent recommended them, so that's why I use them. A bunch of shysters!

Excellent service. We have used twice for issues with our AC and both times the service was on time and they fixed the problem. One time was an electrical issue and the other time was a coolant leak. They serviced the unit for an affordable price and told us what our long term options were. They also explained some of the problems with our older unit.

if you want to pay 2X what you would with other hvac companies, Patton is your company. They quoted $1500 for work 2 other companies quoted at $800 and $850 respectively. $150 part and less than 1 hour to install, must be a $1300 per hour rate...:-). And when you tell them they are robbing people, they tell you about their trucks, insurance, warranties, support staff...like really? Avoid unless you want to dramatically overpay.

Matter how long it's been since we used them. With the ice storm we lost power and I was trying to hook a generator up to my furnace. Shawn went out of his way to help me and answer questions and even called me back later to check on us. Always willing to go the extra mile and take care of his customers. Highly recommend for their quality and service!!!

We have used them multiple times in the past for different issues and I have recommended their services countless times. Their current practices are horrible though. Their plumber came and uncovered a leak behind my toilet and did not offer to fix it. He wanted to sell me on repiping my entire house for over $10k. He said he would call me back, but never did. He left water spraying into my bathroom for 3 days. I had to message the owner directly and he put me in touch with the original guy. He was going to come that Saturday morning so I canceled my early morning plans. He had not shown by 1230 so I called and canceled the service call and had another company fix my leak. The owner is defending his employee and has not offered an apology. And he's upset that I replied to a Facebook post looking for HVAC services saying that I had an issue with his company. Apparently it's wrong for me to be upset about a company's bad performance.

These guys are great....prompt response and came quickly to solve our problem which was a deeply clogged pipe that caused our kitchen sink to back up. We had called a couple of plumbers before who could not come out for a week but we needed to use our kitchen sink! The problem wasn't easily solved but they were tenacious and kept trying until it was. They will definitely be our go-to in the future.

In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. We are very happy with our new Rinnai RUR98i Tankless Water Heater System! We have the built in recirculation plus the backup battery and the control pad is not in the attic! They were able to fish it downstairs all the way to the ground floor. It is in the perfect location and easy to access and I can change settings easily! Plus the key pad has a lock on it so kids or adults can't accidentally start touching and messing with it. The system has cut down the travel time for hot water to get to the far side of the house and controlling the temperature is so much easier! Plus we can have all 4 showers, a dishwasher and a washer machine all on at the same time with hot water! Amazing! Good install crew and Mr. Patton was so helpful he really wanted to make sure the settings were dialed into where we wanted them. We took out two 50 gallon gas and 40 gallon electric tanks and this has been such an improvement! We are still in the first month and haven't see then new energy bill but it should look great this coming year compared to last!
