Very prompt coming out to replace pressure regulator valve which is on the main incoming water line so whole house was impacted by this part leaking. Very courteous, fast, and professional. Also treated his apprentice with respect and explained what he was doing.
Our long time plumber retired last year so finding Tim was a relief. Will continue to use and recommend very highly. A++
