Patti and her crew of ducklings are awesome! I have used her plumbing services for a variety of things from simple like a disposal fix to complex-installing an irrigation system for my yard. They let you know when they can come, arrive promptly and work efficiently. Prices are fair and I know they fix things right the first time. I haven't had an emergency yet but know she would bend over backwards to help. Highly recommend!

Patti the Plumber and her ducklings have come to my rescue countless times ! This time it was Jay And samuel they had the huge task of replacing my sewer line among other issues and jay and samuel worked hard from the minute they arrived and didn't stop until it done beautifully! They are truly Key West Treasures! Anyone would be crazy to call on any other plumber than Patti the Plumber and her ducklings ! THE BEST!

Service is horrible I had a guy called MIKE come & do a service call in my house & he took for ever his customer service was horrible He would leave outside to smoke cigarettes every 10 mins didn't show any kind of respect coming into my house smelling like cigarettes WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVERY LOCAL IN KEY WEST SAYS IS HORRIBLE , I also heard that they tell customers they need brand new stuff when they can be fix so they can make more money of there customers , talked to a few people in key west & they hate this company is AWFUL & MIKE IS WORST NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM OR THE COMPANY

We called in the afternoon and Edgar and Harvin showed up shortly after. We had a leak in bathroom toilet and the bathroom sink was backing up. These two resolved this very quickly. I must say I was very impressed. They were kind and professional. Thanks so much! You made my day.

they were Johnny on the spot. I had two places that needed attending to neither one of my air conditioners were working. They had them both up and running and fixed in one day amazing...... I would recommend them for any air conditioning or plumbing definitely they are so kind on the phone and they installed a temperature control unit that monitors the heat and air conditioning and humidity and anything that's wrong. It's the greatest system in the world to hel..... thanks for the helpful staff taking the time with me to get it installed on my phone and I am in Chicago Land. I would definitely use them anytime you need plumbing or air conditioning... why was so helpful unbelievable taking their time so nice
