Our main line backed up at 9pm the other night, causing our toilets to leak out at their bases. We called Patterson's right then, and Krystal, who was very nice and helpful, said that even though they were fully booked, they would try to squeeze us in the next day. Sure enough, Ron and Tim (father and son) came out that next afternoon. They carefully and thoroughly snaked our main line, and will be returning soon to replace the seals on our toilets. They were both friendly and helpful, they took their time to make sure everything was in perfect working order, and their prices were very reasonable. They didn't try to give us any sort of run around or suggest unnecessary work, and they even took the time to explain the finer points on how the system works, and gave us tips for how to maintain it (we're new to septic). It was a pleasure working with all three of them, and we will definitely be calling them first for any future plumbing and septic issues.

My landlord called Patterson's out to check out a water leak in my house recently. They showed up on time (actually, early), they were so polite and very thorough when explaining exactly what they were having to do. They had to dig into a wall & dig under the kitchen floor, they were really good about cleaning up after themselves. If there wasn't a deep gaping hole in the middle of my kitchen floor at the moment from repairs, you never would have known they were there. Great people who I'd recommend to anyone needing plumbing repair.
