★★☆☆☆

Patterson plumbing replaced a residential water heater for me to the tune of $2,600 for a 50 gallon electric heater with code updates. They were able to complete the job quickly and without any leaks. I had hot water again the next day after calling.

In my opinion this is VERY expensive for the work that was done given that the parts were probably ~$1,000. In addition I was deceived into accepting a $500 water auto shutoff valve because it was "required by code". When the city inspector came by afterwards to do the permit inspection, he said that it in fact NOT a code requirement for the city of Greenville. I attempted to reach out to find a solution but none was offered other than: Sorry it must've changed recently and we didn't know better. In my opinion it isn't the customer's job to be knowledgeable on current city code requirements but the professionals performing the job. I gave 2 stars because the job was still completed successfully and quickly.

Roy and Caleb did a great job unclogging my sink. They were here within the time frame that was presented to me and very personable and courteous. They cleaned up any mess that was made.
