We have now called Patterson Plumbing out to our home twice and both times have received honest, professional and very timely service. They offered their expertise not only on how to fix our problems but how to do so long term even though that meant little to no work for them to complete (meaning less for them to bill). To say their service was affordable would be an understatement. Will be calling them anytime we need help in the future and referring friends and neighbors to them as well.

Put too much celery down my disposal and had blockage that I was unable to clear. Talked to Ron on Monday morning and since it was not an emergency I had no problems waiting another day. Prompt, friendly service. Nice having someone right here in Loveland when you have a plumbing problem. I have used them in the past a few times and I will call them again in the future if I ever have a plumbing problem.

We've used Patterson plumbing a few times and have always been more than satisfied. Ray has been prompt, courteous, professional and solved our plumbing issues. I'm sorry the previous reviewer wasn't satisfied - I can understand her frustration, but everyone has off days /bad days... From our experiences with Patterson, we would use them again and would recommend them.

I called Patterson Plumbing on a Thursday for a major plumbing issue involving a leak inside a wall and was told they would come ""sometime on Monday,"" nothing more than that, no time frame at all.

Having had recent surgery, on Monday morning I needed to pick up medication and left my house for approximately 30 mins during which time, Ray, an employee, called and left a message saying he would be there in a few minutes. I returned the call and was sent to VM where I left a message that I was almost home. When I arrived 20 mins after his call, he had come and gone..

The problem wasn't that.

I called to reschedule and Ray was very wishy washy about days and times. He did say they scheduled between 830am and 1230pm, and 1230pm and 530pm. They never had given me any time frame whatsoever or I would have had no problem being home.

I spoke to Ron, the owner, in a polite and courteous tone, to let him know I hadn't been given a time frame of AM or PM and he completely BLEW UP! I continued to be courteous but he continued to rant. He was totally out of line. What kind of business man yells at customers? I wouldn't want to do business with him, nor would I suggest you do.

I do recommend Russell Plumbing who I've used in the past and will use now.
