Patterson plumbing has changed their name to Old Saybrook Plumbing due to issues with the Patterson family. They are Reliable and honest, they repaired my kitchen drain did only what needed to be done and left it cleaner than when they arrived Sunny is polite and an awesome worker

Here is my brief experience. I sent requested pictures via text to Frank. He called back two days later with a very high verbal estimate. When asked why it was so high, he said ""it is what it is"". I politely asked that he send me a written estimate. His response? He became very angry, nearly screaming, ""what are you going to do with an estimate, compare it to others? no, no, no, no, I'm not going to waste my time putting together an estimate so you can get pricing, no, no, no, no"".

I promptly hung up.

Hahahaha...so, this is the world we now live in. Take it for what you will but you've been warned.

Frank replaced a valve (or something) on an outside faucet but it leaked within months.I called and he came and replaced it thus I avoided wasting a lot of water. They will always come when you call and do a great job. I have used them for years to find earrings down the drain, replacing toilets, and on and on. good local company. Kathy
