Ivan at Patterson Plumbing was available right when we needed him when the kitchen sink in our new home sprung a massive leak. I called and he was fortunately able to come within the hour to help us out. He is friendly, professional, and prompt. We worked on fixing/cleaning up our mother's home after moving her into assisted living and needed a plumber for few odds and ends. We found Ivan's business card and a nice note so we figured if mom trusted him, then we could too. Definitely made the right call! Ivan showed up early for our appointment, gave his assessment and quickly did the work. As the other reviewers pointed out, Ivan is the nicest man, very capable, courteous and reliable. I also appreciated the connection, however small, that he made with our mom, telling me the stories and anecdotes from his time with her. I could see that this is not just a job to him, but that he cares about people as well. I used to work in the architectural field where I had many dealings with contractors, subcontractors, plumbers, electricians, you name it, and Ivan stands out as one of the good ones, for sure.

I first called Ivan because I had a clog in my sewer line and the last plumber I called to rotor my sewer line did such a terrible job. I was extremely surprised when Ivan came out on time and explained to me what he thought was going on with the clog. He cleared my line and literally less than a week later it clogged again. Ivan came back and rotored it so that I could get a company with a camera to look at what was going on. Ivan was nice, knowledgeable and even returned to my home to tell me where he thought my sewer line connected to the city's line. His customer service and honesty is hard pressed to find these days. I recommend him in a heartbeat if you have plumbing issues.
