I'll give the gentlemen who came by and fixed our problem a solid review. Very polite and fixed up our basement well. Scott, the owner, is rude and unreliable. Blamed issues he should of handled on our insurance agent and gave us a runaround. He promised to help and three weeks later we've received nothing. He got his money and doesn't care about anything else. Was truly going to recommend his company based off his workers but I am hearing I'm not the only one with this issue.

Called to have pipes thawed and they were on time and did a great job. Had running water within an hour. I have pex lines and have to be warmed slowly to prevent burning them. Having them back to do some minor work on Friday!! Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with the sump pipe outside and they quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and educated me about maintenance on it that I could do myself. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and unethical, in my opinion. Reason to believe that a sewer snake and scope we're never completed but documentation was to appear to appear that it was. When I called the owner of the company, to get clarification, he got upset and hung up on me.

I called one person and he referred me to Pat's. The guy came out the same day... let's keep in mind I called them at about 5 something. He cleaned the main drain, educated my husband on what we should and shouldn't be doing. This was all done in about a little over an hour and I was satisfied with the fast and personal service.

I have used Pat sewer cleaning service many times and also have family that swear by him we have been always treated well and fairly priced I would suggest calling them anytime day or night they are there for you 24 hours a day.

If I could give no stars, I would. My husband and I are in the process of a buying a house and we wanted the sewer scoped. Called on Friday and set up an appointment for Tuesday at 11am. Had to extend my home inspection until this day. Waiting at the house, with our realtor, for 40 minutes and then called the company. The owner proceeded to tell me that I never called and never made an appointment. That he ""didn't need to figure anything out"" because I'm ""claiming"" that I called. Also told me that there is another guy impersonating this business and making appointments. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I'm now scrambling to find someone to scope the sewer. Thanks for nothing Pat's Sewer Cleaning. Will never refer you to anyone. And, YES, I did call the right number.

They were able to come less than an hour after I called. They tech was SUPER nice!! They were at least $100 cheaper than ever other quote I got from other places. I had a drain backed up and he was able to clear it out in under 40 minutes. They also gave a 30 day warranty with 1 re clean if needed. I HIGHLY recommend them!

My husband called Pats sewer cleaning and asked for a price on getting the drain snaked they said they can not give a price over the phone somesomeone had to come out. So someone came out said it's $175 regardless if it clears the clog or not. We said ""no I am not paying you $175 if you don't fix the problem"" and we asked them to leave. A manager calls my husband and asks what's going on. My husband told him, the mangaer told him the same thing it's $175 even if the clog is not removed. My husband say ""ok then tell your tec to leave I don't want your service."" the manager replied "" I'm going to flag every plumbing company in a 30 mile radius so have fun trying to get your drain snaked you cock sucker."" The manager called my husband a ""cock sucker"" I can't believe he had the nerve to speak to my husband like that.
