With over 40 years of experience in plumbing and HVAC services in the Urbana, MD region, we know the trade inside and out. Established in 2002, I began my career in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sectors back in 1977. After spending 20 years as an apprentice and journeyman in both residential and commercial service and remodeling, I began handling job costs and estimates while still working on-site. In 2002, my employer, who had been in the business for 25 years, fell ill and retired. This marked the beginning of my next chapter, with a commitment to delivering quality service at fair prices.

Ivan B.I called Pat's Plumbing and HVAC early on a Wednesday morning when I realized that my heat had gone out and it was only 38 degrees in my bedroom. Withing 90 minutes, he was at my house and looking at my furnace. After determining that the furnace needed to be replaced (and confirming that with the manufacturer to be sure), he came back the next day and did the install. He quoted me a fair price on the spot and even though the installation ended up being more complicated than expected (as a result of the poor installation of my prior furnace and air conditioner), he did not charge me extra even though he ended up putting in additional time.
My furnace was installed quickly and he even fixed the mistakes from the prior installations, just to be sure it was all correct. I was extremely pleased with his prompt and thorough response. Now my house is comfortable again and I know that everything has been done correctly. Highly recommended.
