Pat is the Man! Had a leak somewhere in between my 1st and second floor. Not an easy one to diagnose. Not only did Pat pinpoint the problem, he fixed it, fixed the holes he had to make in my wall, and cleaned up the mess. Freindly, honest, considerate, and very reasonable. When someone asks me if I have a good plumber, I will now refer them to Pat.

Can I just say what great service Pat gave!!!?!? We recently moved into our new place and I wanted a new kitchen faucet installed since the one they had their was really old. My husband installed it himself and everything was working fine except it started leaking underneath. We found Pat's Plumbing on yelp and decided to give him a try since he was literally down the street from our house. He came over the next day to fix the leak. While he was working, he was talking to me, and was even showing me the parts he was replacing and explained why it needs this and that. (I'm no plumber but I really appreciated the explanation!) His pricing was so reasonable as well and I'm so glad we chose Pat's plumbing!!!

Pats Plumbing refused to even go out help me with our clogged line. ""We don't work for property management company's"" is their policy they said, without further explanation as to why.
Well, let me tell you something Pat. Were are a small family owned company and we are proud to provide services to anyone willing to do business with us. Thats our modo.
When you refuse to help us resolve a clogged toilet for a tenant - your actually refusing to help a family in need.
I hope this review causes you to rethink your ""policy"" and remember there are decent people and businesses out there.

I'm more of a do it yourself person when it comes down to fixing problems, including clogged tubs. But when the hanger method doesn't work, and the plunger method backfires on you, and you've got stinky water seeping up from your tub drain... you gotta admit defeat eventually...
Pat seemed to be the closest and with a good number of reliable Yelp reviews. He quoted me over the phone, and came in about 30 mins. He got my mess cleaned up in under an hour!
He is indeed a real guy, straight outta Gardena! Pat definitely provides quick & great service to anyone living in Gardena.

Pat was fantastic! He was busy, but made time to help me. My mainline was blocked and everything overflowed. Beyond disgusting!

Pat was extremely skilled and reconfigured my clean out.

He was kind and gave great advice on my water filter. I was losing so much water.

Thank you Pat! The toilets and showers were backing up in the house due to a blockage in our mainline. I talked to several plumbers about putting in a clean out and the prices were very high and would involve digging up the lawn. I talked to Pat and he was able to install a clean out in the crawl space under the house for half the price and in only 3 hours. He snaked the line through the new clean out and we were back in business. Would absolutely recommend and use him again for any plumbing issues.
