Pat is very friendly and competent plumber. He came in time and he was very polite. He knows his job and unclogged our bathtub in minutes, and I have been trying to use all methods for days with no result. The price was very reasonable. If you need plumber, don't look around and waste your time. The next time I'm in trouble I know who to call.

Most plumbers I've tested out have tried to upsell me to death. Pats Plumbing was different.

I've used Pats plumbing services twice. One time for a clogged bathtub and one time for a toilet that wouldn't stop running.

He unclogged my bathtub quickly and easily and even recommended a super cheap bath tub drain cover to keep hair and gunk out.

And the toilet went even better. He fixed the problem quickly and even showed me the cause of my issue. I now know how to fix my toilet myself if I have a problem with it running.

Him being a great teacher of everyday plumbing is an added unexpected bonus. He also gave me an affordable rate when other plumbers were trying to charge me double for simple fixes. I highly recommend Pats Plumbing services.

I have used Pat for many years for my 100 year old house. I text him and he responds immediately. I have found him to be extremely honest, and trust worthy and always on time which is also important to me. I can't tell you how many workers say they are going to show up at a specific time and never do. That is one of the reasons I continue to use Pat as he is extremely prompt. He is also very professional polite and courteous.
He also stays within budget and does what he says he will.
Definitely my go to plumber.

Sorry, I don't think I would recommend Pat's plumbing to anyone. I have used him twice.

The first time was almost 3 years back when I needed a new water heater. The old water heater burst after 1.5 years, and he told me that since the heater is still under warranty, I would only need to pay him $600 of installation fee. At that time, he said I still have to pay for the new water heater which is another $600 then wait for a check to be mailed back due to the warranty. He told me it would take 6 - 8 weeks until the check comes.

All is good, until after 8 weeks and I was wondering where the check was. It took a long time for me to reach him, a lot of voicemails not returned. Then when he called he said that the water heater company did not send a check for $600. He said he had only gotten a check for $300. The other $300 was a processing fee. The check was a Western Union check for cash.

I was obviously not happy and tried to call the company and asked whether there should be a processing fee. They said there might be but only for $100 or so. I have considered going to the better business bureau, but I have no evidence of him promising me $600 either. So I convinced myself, that there is a processing fee, and I left the matter alone.

Recently, I have problems with my pipes. Called and asked Pat to come over. After many calls, he came by with a device and convince me that it will work and solve my problem. He said it in a very convincing way, and persuaded me that he is doing me good, b/c he will fix this issue at a much lower price than the other plumbers. Blah, blah, blah. I told him that I think I know what is wrong, and he said that his method would work and the other method would cost me $600 - $700.

The next day, I told him that his way did not work, and he never responded back to me, or care to call me back. I finally found someone else, and they fixed my problem (needless to say) in a very inexpensive way.

I do not trust Pat the plumber, and you should not either. I guess I paid him for a lesson learned.

Pat is experienced, prompt and reasonable. He repaired an outside leak for me at a very reasonable cost and explained the problem to me clearly,.He also offered me alternative solutions for different costs. I would highly recommend.
