I met Shawn two years ago when he came to remodel the bathroom in a house I was renting at the time. I really appreciated his crew and the way he interacted with them. As the other reviewers indicate, they were very respectful of the house and cleaned up every day before they left so life could go on as usual (well as much as it can when your only shower is under construction). Shortly after that experience we purchased our first condo, that had a guest bathroom with only a bath, no shower head, and painted tiles halfway up the wall. We got some quotes from friends who were contractors, but they all lived far away and were not generals, we would have to call in a second guy to do the plumbing portion , etc. I was looking through my pile of business cards one day and found Shawn's card and said Yes! I need to call him for a quote. He came over and gave me a good price for what I needed done, in addition to some other little projects on our to-do list. He was willing to pick out the tile and fixtures for me and I knew he would have good judgment, and he did. We wound up having to reschedule a couple of times, but I was tired of searching, and knew he was worth waiting for. We weren't in a hurry anyway! We are glad we waited. It's so nice that he is a GC and able to do more than just tile. I work from home so it was pleasant having his crew around for a couple days, and we are already planning a budget for the next project we will have him do.
Maybe I could have had Home Depot come and do the job but I prefer to contribute to small businesses if/when I can and Shawn and his guys deserve your business too!

Shawn and his outstanding crew recently just finished our major Tile Installation project, Patriot Tile definitely is worth the wait. Shawn was professional, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and most helpful throughout our project.
The crew came ready to work, and were consistently on time. There setup and cleanup at the end of very day was just outstanding. They do high quality work and never cut corners. Shawn always kept us informed & did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule, and coordinating this major install.

The highlight of there workmanship was the custom detail of the stairway to the tiled loft, and the cutting in of a new slide- in Oven and Range, we could not be happier.

If you are looking for beautiful workmanship from a tile professional that is fast, friendly and highly experienced, look no further! My husband and I were needing to sell our house quickly and we needed a complete remodel of the master bathroom. We had no idea what we wanted to do and we had very little time to do it. Shawn not only helped with the design of the entire bathroom but he did it on very short notice and worked extra hours to get the job done in the timeframe we needed. The bathroom turned out to be more beautiful than we had imagined and the house sold in less than a week!! They did such an AWESOME job that we had them also tile our other bathroom and install backsplash in the kitchen too! Thank you Shawn and Robert!

I talked with Sean at Patriot Tile. He indicated he was really busy but that since my job was not huge he would be able to squeeze me into the schedule. Since then I have left numerous text and voicemail messages. I never heard back from him..totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If your time is important to you check out one of the other numerous vendors who install tile.
