Company Overview

Patriot Pumpers provides septic pumping and repair, drain field installation and repair, grease trap pumping, and septic inspections for both commercial and residential properties in Northeast Georgia. We are a proud American-owned and operated business, fully licensed and insured, dedicated to serving our community!

Founded in 2016, Patriot Pumpers emerged from a commitment to serve the North Georgia community. Having worked for several other companies, we identified a need for a plumbing service that prioritizes honesty, diligence, and compassion for its clients. Many septic system owners are unaware of how their systems function and how to maintain them properly. This often leads to urgent calls, and it can be tempting to take advantage of such situations. This is where we set ourselves apart. Every business is in it for profit, but that is not our primary aim. Our mission is to assist our customers during their times of need, foster lasting relationships, educate them, and ensure they remain loyal clients. We trust that prioritizing these goals will result in a thriving future.

I had a great experience with Patriot Pumpers. My septic system needed some emergency work. They responded quickly, showed up on time, solved my problems and explained what was going on. Their pricing was much better compared to service providers used in the past. Friendly, respectful employees, from reception to on-site workers.

Terrible business. I called for an estimate to get the septic lines marked and was told a price over the phone. I repeated the price I heard back and the person said yes. The person who came out wasn't prepared to mark my tank and lines-didn't have spray paint and essentially guessed where they were. On addition they brought a back ho to dig up the tank- wasn't ever mentioned on the call. The guy was very disrespsectful and not interested in doing his job. Finally got dont after guessing and borrowing our spray paint - very unprofessional. Then I was told a much higher price I left a review on google and the receptionist called me about it. I explained the situation and she was adamant she had told me the same price I was given by technician. Eventually she gave up and said bye - the technician then texted me to see what it would take for me to take down the review. I thought he would be reasonable so I said I would like a full refund to start the negotiation. He wrote back a tirade how I was not being reasonable and he was willing to give me 50 dollars off, which was about the difference in quote. But i felt he wasn't prepared to do his job and appeared lazy the entire appointment plus his receptionist said yes to the price I repeated back. He never texted again - and commented on my review that i expected it to be free from the beginning. I never did - but 150 dollars is way too much for a lazy technician who is not prepared to do his job, and guesses.

No one could find our septic tank to unclog our mainline and pump it. Every other company gave up on us. This company worked tirelessly to find and solve our issues. I called on 4th of July weekend during evening hours and they were at my house the next morning! Personable, honest, reasonable, and reliable. This company is a 10/10!

Sam came out to pump our my septic for an astronomical $850 (it was a holiday rate) but once he got the lid off, the tank exposed and had his tractor in my yard he tripled the rate. It was so high even the plumber who was there to clear the sewer line was embarrassed. This guy's conduct is anything but reasonable.

It was such a pleasure doing business with these guys. We had an emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday with a house full of guests. They were out within hours and had everything fixed with minimal disruption. We also found out that the last company who came out a year ago only pumped one side of our septic tank which led to these issues. I wish I had used Patriot Pumpers sooner but now I feel more educated on how my system works and know who I will be calling in the future!

Dustin with Patriot Pumpers fixed an emergency septic problem over the holidays by working non stop in the rain and after dark! He wasn't able to finish and promised to return first thing the following morning. Right on schedule he was back at 7:30am! We will be ever grateful! In a time of interrupted services, uncertainty and holidays plans upended he came through and saved us. Many thanks.

destroyed our yard and did not repair the damage. They put down wheat grass and have 10% off. Terrible service

RUN don't walk away from this company. They brought in a back hoe after confirming multiple times on the phone I just wanted a quote on a septic issue. Then proceeded to dig up the lines before giving a HUGE quote to repair their damage. Also wanted to """"pump the lines"""" all for thousands of dollars. DO NOT do business with this company

I called these guys because of the name. We had an emergency situation that would have displaced us from our home because of unexpected company, overstaying their welcome, had filled up our septic tank and the sewage was leaking out of the pipes under our home. They did come out the same day, which is commendable. I was told that not only the tank had to be pumped, but the drain line also. I asked the price and was told $2,300. I about had a heart attack since we had been hit with one huge expense after another in the last year. I'm retired and that is about what my wife and I get to live on for an entire month. The guy started trimming the price with discounts, down to $1,900. We had no choice but to let him do the job.
