Horrible, horrible service from Patriot Plumbing. They were assigned to fix a toilet pipe leak via American Home Shield. They callled themselves fixing the issue, but the leak pestered on for a few days. When they came back they made another repair but failed to address the damage that was caused due to their negligence the first time around. In speaking with one of their management, Steve Compton, he was very rude, didn't get me the opportunity to speak, got loud with me and hung up. If this is the way he runs his business, then he doesnt need to be in business. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I am giving two stars because my plumbing issue was resolved. This review is of a Covid 19 nature. The technician showed up sans mask and within the (literally) first few seconds coughed in my face, no hand, no elbow!!! I immediately called him on it but really!! There was NO effort to clean up the dirt he tracked into my home or the water in the kitchen. In this day and time, a company with no health protocol is one to NOT call.

Dispatched through AHS to address lack of hot water. From the ratings I felt some trepidation. First, the dispatch process and arrival was exactly as advertised. Two technicians arrived and resolved what was a pilot light issue. The lead tech was well informed outline the probable cause and some things to be on lookout for on our 25+ year old unit. Did not try to up sell. Courteous and professional

Horrible! AHS warranty dispatched them on an emergency call. They 2 guys did not want to work and told me I have to removed my kitchen cabinets so they could access the wall. We hired another contractor and did NOT have to remove any cabinets and was easily fixed.

I was assigned them through AHS. They came back and quoted $700 of additional work that they said I needed to pay in addition to AHS. I had a second opinion and it wasn't true. I didn't need any of it. Stay away from this company and if your home warranty assigns then, cancel and start over. Scam artist isn't even the right word.

This company is a joke. We have to remove our sink, countertop and base cabinet to repair one pipe. These guys are hacks.

Well, they stole my deductible from My home warranty. Defiantly the biggest scam I've ever experienced.

My disposal broke and was leaking and they claimed that three screws were missing and not covered by warranty. Very sad that I had to experience this.

Then they offered to fix my disposal for $275 out of pocket.

Thief!

I turned off the water in the house and when I went to turn it back on the valve just spun and would not open back up. The home warranty company sent this company to service the request. The plumber showed up and then called the owner and determined that I wrenched on it to close the valve without looking for himself (the owner), which I did not, and charged 300 to fix it or he was leaving and would come back on Monday. I paid because I needed water to the house. He took 10 minutes for the repair and left the area a mess after fixing it . I would never use a company like this to fix anything in my house!

Patriot Plumbing replaced my water heater that was covered by AHS. The warranty service paid for the new unit, and I paid Patriot for the ""modifications"" which totaled $776. This seemed to be a bit high, but I was prepared to write a check or use a credit card to pay the balance.

My issue is that Patriot would only accept cash forcing me to drive to the bank during the Coronavirus pandemic to withdraw $776 in cash. I asked if there was another way to pay and they refused stating ""company policy"". The governor issued allowable travel guidelines for a reason. It seems to me that Patriot Plumbing does not care about the health and well being of me, my family, or the community.

I am giving one extra star because the two men that replaced my water heater were kind and courteous and seemed to do a good job.

I agree with previous reviewer; I think they are only interested in collecting the home warranty money. They are definitely not interested in making the customer happy. I will say that the technicians were polite and seemed knowledgeable, however it took 3 service calls to fix a bathroom faucet (because they didn't bring the needed parts on the 2nd service call). That was 3 days that I had to call in late to work. In my opinion, if the company is at fault, the company should go out of their way to fix it. That is NOT the policy of Patriot Plumbing.

Additionally, office manager Jaime is the WORST. She is defensive, argumentative, and actually stated that customer service is not a priority for the company. This was after she proudly announced that she was the manager.

There are a lot of plumbing companies out there...go somewhere else. My home warranty offered me a choice of vendors. You can be assured that if I ever need plumbing work again I will choose differently.
