He not only provided thorough explanations of what needed to be done but also gave several options and suggestions. He replaced damaged hoses in my washing machine and replace a water softener and a neutralizer for my well system. I had one other major issue and two more minor ones that needed attention. The water on the cold side in the guest bathroom tub had no water pressure, so I was concerned about a clogged or broken line The round flush button on the toilet in the master bath had a piece broken off inside, and while I had ordered a replacement part, I couldn't get the old one off to replace it. The last thing was a leaky faucet in my sink in our master bath. I emailed them on a Saturday, and they contacted me by return email on Sunday. The appointent was set up, and on the day of, they let me know they were on the way with an approximate ETA. When Michael arrived, he put on covers over his shoes, checked both bathrooms, told me what he would be doing, and gave me the total. I was agreeable with it. In the course of time, there were some complications with two of the items, and he let me know and gave me the option of not going forward, but I told him I wanted everything fixed. I was expecting a huge bill, but it wasn't. He was more than fair, and I received goods and service that were more than fair. I also appreciate that he cleaned up everything, so I didn't have to. That is a VERY rare service!

I had a leaking outside faucet that was soaking the ground around my foundation and with freezing temperatures I needed it replaced ASAP. I called several other plumbers only to be told no one was available until three days later! I then called and spoke with Joel Carmichael, the business owner, who said he could come out that same afternoon. Mr. Carmichael was on time and quickly analyzed the problem and then replaced the faucet very efficiently, professionally, and was very personable. I was very pleased with the work and the cost and would highly recommend him for any type of plumbing needs. I have an older home and will probably be calling him again in the near future for further services.
