We had a problem with our water heater this morning...Patriot Plumbing came out and within 5 minutes had the problem fixed and at no charge! Felix was the young man that came to our rescue...we have worked with them several times in the past and find them to be dependable, reliable and always at a fair price. Would recommend them highly!

I was told they were a small company , all booked up and too busy to handle a simple tub faucet replacement, and sink and faucet replacement, estimate. This was on a Monday morning. If they are too busy to do an estimate, how can they stay in business? I read his answer to my comment, sounds reasonable but as I said if they can't do an estimate how do they get the work?

Had a broken toilet fill valve and they repaired the toilet in a matter of minutes. This is the second time I have had to call them due to my own ineptness at plumbing repair! Excellent work, quick turnaround and
life is good again!

I had an issue with my toilet and Patriot Plumbing fixed it! Scheduling the appointment was easy. I immediately received a text confirming the appointment. I was given both a text and phone call 10 minutes prior to Michael, the technician, showing up. Bonus...a picture of Michael was included in the text. When he arrived he was courteous and professional, and because it had begun raining, he put on shoe coverings as to not track dirt through my house. He explained what he thought the issue was and fixed it. He even straightened the tank (after a husband "fix").
I could not be more happy with this company. I would not hesitate to call them again if another plumbing issue arises. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Erik came out fixed main line clog 25 feet from the clean out entry point. He quickly identified the problem and quickly fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I thought I had a broken wax seal but he showed me it was the pressure from the clog that caused a leak around the bottom of the toilet. Saved me money by not doing unnecessary repair. I'm glad I called patriot plumbing.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Patriot plumbing as they were the only plumbing company recommended that not only answered my call but also came out to service us before anybody else even called us back. In fact, I still haven't gotten a call back from any of the companies that I called. Anyways, besides the point, they came out and went above and beyond to ensure that we did not have a serious issue and even though we had a scare they were super professional and we ended up not having a huge bill at all. Everyone was so pleasant from the woman that I spoke to on the phone all the way to Shawn and Terrell who came and did an amazing job. I just want to share my five-star review and let everyone know that if they have any plumbing needs that. This is definitely the local company that they need to reach out to. I'm so glad I did! Thank you guys!
